Curriculum is well defined and its refined based on past curriculm + industry related moduled It is designed for every four years Teaching methods are updated as per naac and is updated regularly Every 1.5 month one sessional and there are 2 sessiobals with one semester

Actually the course is bit competition now a days we are seeing that there are lot of companies are not having jobs to give and they e removing and In this course we need to have much knowledge about coding

Till the previous year the placements were quite nice but as our batch strength is very different prom previous batches and our placements are still in progress so could not say much on it but the placements are fine with many companies approaching and as well well training is prior given to us for the placements . I am aiming to get placed in a nice product based company.

Placements was good in my college. I mean it was good and bad as well. But I feel like the more placements was provided for CSE departments people which is from 2.5lp to till 11lp package in my university. As 11lp is the highest package. In my college the placements will start from 3rd year for other departments but for us Biotechnology it is stated in final year. Omega Health care, Gemini, Zifo, PVDf , Wipro, Infotech Ltd, etc these are the some companies attend to my college for placements. Omega Health care company offered 3.5 lp, whereas Zifo 4.5lp, and PVDf 3.5lp and other companies might be from 4.5 to till 11lp. Maximum 30% students have placed in college placements. My plan after getting degree is to aim for masters of same course Biotechnology in aboard. And get a good job in research field.

The curriculum is vast in the field of biotechnology. So there are different subjects like microbiology, genetics , bioprocss etc and here they also provide honors studies along side with b tech . The course I found hard was bioprocess.all are theory and practice integrated courses and others are open electives from other departments like ece or cse. The exam time and the question and marking system seems fair . But left a bit of partiality with lectures.

In our college placement are average. From 4th year students become eligible for campus placements. Some students might apply for off campus in 3rd year itself.There are companies like Avasoft, Zoho,ups, pwc, l and t technologies, cognizant, hexaware, lti mindtree, TCS, Accenture etc. As of now highest is 12.6 lakh lowest is 4lakh. Over most probably 60 to 70 percent students will be placed.

There are good placements for all students but the only thing is you should have proper knowledge both practically and analytically so that you can get placed In my college the highest placement ranges between 20 to 40 lakhs which obviously for CSE department whereas for my department the highest placement is about 10 lakhs at Ziffo The college even offers placement training and help us hunt job offcampus too

There is cumpulsary placement in our college and you want job with any package means you will get placement least package is 240000 per annum you want means you can go and highest is 70 lakhs per annum and if i get good placement with nice package means i will join in the job otherwise i Will join masters in foreign

From 6th sem onwards they will come for placements. Companies like IBM, TCS, TATA, cipla, renault nissan. The highest package is 50 lakhs per anumn in nutanix and the lowest package is 4.5 lakhs per anumn. Approximately 90% of students get placed. My plans after getting the degree is to do Mtech or getting placed.

Even from the 3rd semester students can be placed in kalvium a computer guided course but the actual campus interview starts from 5th or 6th semester. We should have a good resume for getting placed in reputed companies by attending workshops and internships. Top companies like TCS, IBM, cipla, TATA, biocon, Nutanix, Renault Nissan and other 800+ recruitment. The highest package offered from the company Nutanix with the annual package of 50 lakhs per annum for the students from CSE, ECE, IT, and EEE. Approximately 90% of students get placed. My plans after degree is either persuing MS in biotechnology in abroad or cracking CAT exam and aiming for IIMs.
