The college atmosphere is very good and they maintain very clean environment facilities.the feild trip is very exciting and that same time its related to the course
There will be a scholarship based on the merit that they have scored in their past 11th and 12th standard and according to their merit, the scholarship will be decided.
The faculty of the university is very good and gentle towards the students and they are very good intaractive with students and they are more effective to provide the quality education to the students

Dislikes

There are 5 hostel for boys and 3 for girls and food was very worst and i don't like it.
Food that provided in hostels will be sometimes very bad rhat we cant eat.
That i don't like we have no proper internet and no water in blocks

In my college there is good faculties and they teach very well
I like here the most important thing is there is good placements
I mostly like the infrastructure and greenery

Dislikes

The thing i disliked in this college that food provide by hostels are spices less
The thing i disliked in this college there are lot of network issues
The thing i disliked there is no uniform i don't like it

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements Name of the companies visited for my collage UPS, L&T solutions, TCS, 80 percentage of students were placed highest and average package as 51 Lpa and 6 Lpa

There is a experience faulty in the college and they are motivate well and .
In this college good placements yearly visit many companies.
My university contain good infrastructure .

Dislikes

Other states people like telugu and hindi they can adjust in food matter .
Compare last two years the placement are good and this year less companies visit .
There is another dislike thing is no uniform for the college

In this campus the best thing is placements . After 6th semester they are all eligible for campus placements upto 8th . The many companies are visits and average is 6lpa and highest 51lpa and there is a 80 percent of students getting the placements

I mostly like the college atmosphere and greenary in college full fledged with trees and grass.
Faculties are very cooperative with students ideas and their progressiveness.The sex ratio between boys and girls is 2:1.
Empowering all the skills among the students and having lot many clubs in the college to emphasize the overall development.

Dislikes

I am a resident of Andhra Pradesh, so that I am unable to adjust with this food provided in hostels.
Comparing to previous year, there is a down fall in campus placements.
Charging money from the students to conduct cultural events.

Placement Experience:

University is conducting lot of Hackathon compititions, so students are improving their skills. Our college is very good in campus placements. Students are getting internships from the 6 semester itself. Students are placing from 7 semester in top companies like TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, UPS, Hexaware, L&T solutions, Nutrix etc..

Likes

My University was a ragging free campus.
Very good security especially for the girls.
University is with full of green trees,grass.

Dislikes

Worst food in the hostels, food was not good in hostels.
Not better infrastructure, Not good buildings.
University was not soo good in placement services.

An average experience of a student

Likes

I like the environment, that the hills and things around the college feels like heaven
Focuses on more startups and funding. Encouragement in a new projects
Supportive and good staff. More student chapter like microsoft and Google too.

Dislikes

More strict at main gate. Need more verification and checkings
For leave and all everything have to be applied online and get approval from FA.
Food is the worst thing in the hostel. If managed then it ok

Well, at my 4 one I got a placement offer from a core company at 2.5 to 3.5 package. It is one the company that tied up with college. Also, there are many companies that comes in various Categories like, marketing, It and more.

The girls-to-boys ratio is skewed, with fewer female students (~35:65).
The food variety in the canteen is limited, and hygiene can be improved.

Campus placement given is getting high every year. They targeting to give more placements to students and they help students to achieve anything if u can. They will provide fund for ur ideas and u can get help from professors too.

Likes

The fees structure is low compared to other colleges. There are many colleges in tamil Nadu but the fees structure is high for those compared with other colleges this has low fees.
The credits are good ideas . The credits earning concept is good.
I liked some faculty motivation.They can help us to study

Dislikes

Restrictions based on dressing. We can't wear jeans in this college
The food we can't able to eat this food. Even if we complain about this they can't change.
The rude behaviour of the wardens and deputy in hostel

Course Curriculum Overview:

I liked to take the course of computer science because I have interest in coding and ai. The exams are very fast we have exams in one month after the sem start. It's difficult to study this much fast .

Some faculties have decent knowledge on subject
Chapters and clubs for extra curricular activities

Dislikes

Some old class have poor infrastructure some are better
majority of faculties have poor communication skill
More priority are given to other state students, 90% of the population is Telugu students

There are placements offered in the campus, reputed companies like tcs, Zoho, cognizant etc visit the campus but they recruit less, a placement training is also offered by the end of 6th semester, were all necessary training are given

A few of my friends graduated from Kalasalingam University. According to them, the college offers decent academics and infrastructural facilities.

The college is accredited by UGC. Teaching is mostly examination-oriented.
Classes and examinations are conducted on time. You will need to maintain 80% attendance to sit in the examination.
Most faculties are friendly.
In college premises, students need to maintain proper dressing. Wearing jeans isn’t allowed for both boys and girls. Girls are only allowed to wear churidar and shawl.
The hostel accommodation is decent. The 1st year hostels are separate. Hostel rooms have an occupancy of 3 people. The rooms have all basic amenities. The rooms and washrooms are well-maintained and cleaned regularly. Food offered at the mess is decent.

The reviews of the students are not usually bad. But when you compare Kalasalingam University to other more established universities, it lags a bit behind in the college rankings. But the college rankings are not given by students, so their views vary.

This college really has good facilities, a huge library, green campus, etc. They also have a well experienced and highly cooperative faculty. The college might have some faults which is why the NIRF ranking is not good. But other than that it is quite a good college with sufficient amenities.
