My scores in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English were pretty good compared to the minimum eligibility criteria fixed by Applied Research International to join Diploma in Nautical Science. Sponsored candidates are those who get selected by shipping companies before the start of the course and their placement is assured on completion of the one-year pre-sea course at ARI.

Exploring the sea has always been my passion from my childhood and Applied Research International gave me the opportunity to get an admission in B.Sc. in Nautical Science and trained for a year with some shipping company.To apply for B.Sc. in Nautical Science a candidate should have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English as compulsory subject in 10+2 with more than 60% marks in PCM and 50% marks in English.

I applied online from the college's website ,the eligibility criteria for this curriculum was 10+2 from any recognized board of India with physics, maths and chemistry combination and english with 50% and passed diploma of 4 years in engineering with 60%

It's overall an excellent place to get a better future.

I was granted admission on the basis of my marks obtained in IMU CET. I took the entrance exam in the month of January.The paper had six sections generally checking the aptitude, english skills and general knowledge.After the proclamation of the marksheet i had to fill the online application form in the college's website.

i found best faculty here and this is the only college i have seen with best placement in big companies and they give the best training to their students so they can work excellent in this field and they practice more on physical activites

The admission is direct in diploma which is followed by an entrance examination IMU-CET along with the students must have 50% of marks in PCM or in bachelor?s degree to enroll in the college. Afterward, the college conducts personal interviews to get the proper information.

I opted for the course because I have done a short term course in Maritime domain after my 10+2 so, I wanted to go for higher level program in the domain. This was the specialised institute in the city of my residence that is Chennai so I opted for it.

Admission to our Institute is based on multiple rounds of testing. By testing I don't mean only the theoretical test of knowledge but interview followed by medical test followed by shortlisting in merit list. After qualifying all the stages of evaluation admission is granted and student is asked to complete the procedural formalities for taking the admission. Since it is one of the best institute for Maritime education in the city of Coimbatore it attracted my attention.
