IIT Madras GATE 2026 Cutoff : Check Category-wise and Round-wise Cutoff

The GATE 2025 cutoff for admission to IIT Madras in the General category ranges from a score of 944 to 487. The admission cutoff for M.Tech Integrated Circuit Technology is 944, followed by M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering at 881. Other competitive programs such as Microelectronics and VLSI Design, Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, and Electronic System Design have cutoffs in the range of 881 to 829.
