Course Description

Read on to know about the application submission process along with the documents that need to be submitted:

Admission to B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Agriculture

is offered through scores obtained in entrance exams. The prospectus and application form for admission for the given degree programs can be obtained from the university office on payment of prescribed fee. The following documents must be submitted along with the completed application:

Marksheet/Transcript of the last qualifying exam.
Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
A certificate of character from the Head of the Institution last attended.
Other relevant documents necessary for claiming reservation, concessions, exemption, experience, etc. as required in the application form.
Bonafide domicile certificate, Wards of employees in the State Government/State University/Central Government but posted in Rajasthan, shall have to produce a certificate from the Head of the Office/Institute to consider his/her domicile status.
Physical fitness certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner..
Employer’s certificate for wards of Government employees.

Admission to B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D.

The admission form for these programs can be obtained from the office of the Dean of the college or through the college website on payment of INR 500, (INR.50 extra for postal charges if requested by post) through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Dean of the College.

The applicants along the application fee, attach attested the following documents with the application form:

Mark sheet/Transcript of the qualifying exam

Admission Process

The admissions are entrance-based and students must qualify for JEE Mains or AIEEE conducted by CBSE to be eligible for admissions.

JEE Mains

The application fee for taking this exam varies with the type of candidature. The application fee for the general category is INR 325. The following section throws light on the requirements and the process of registration for JEE Mains.

Documents Required

Scanned and recent photograph coloured or black/white (but clear contrast) JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.
Scanned signature in JPG/JPEG format. Size should be between 4 kb to 30 kb.
Application forms with unclear photographs will be rejected.

How to Register?

Visit the official website of JEE Main and click on “Fill Online Application Form”.
Register by giving your personal details, to generate a user id and password.
The application number will be generated after submitting the details for registration.
The form requires personal details, address, and mobile number.
You can set your security question and password to access the application for the future.
Submit the application form by logging in with the same user id and password that you had set.

JET Application Process

An application fee of INR 2800 is charged from general category students (INR 1400 for SC/ST/Physically DIsabled). The students can follow the below given steps to submit an admission application:

Visit the official website of Rajasthan JET.
Click on Apply online
New users must first register by entering their name, date of birth, mail id and password.
Click on OK to submit the details
Existing users can log in using the login credentials sent to their registered mail ids
Next step is to fill up the application form with the required details
Then make a fee payment online
Candidates can pay using credit/debit card or net banking

For freshers the fee to be deposited at the time of admission(admission fee and semester fee) is 46000 including tuition fee, caution fee, registration fee, admission fee The fee is same for all categories for SFS. The scholarship is provided as government and private scholarships. The odd sem fee is 36250 and even sem fee is around 36000. Rhe above fee includes development fee of 11750 and tuition fee of 24500. These may differ in even sem fee. The fee is same for all categories. There are two type of seats SFA(Self funded seat) and GAS(Government aided seat). The above fee is mentioned of SFS seat and for GAS seat the fee is of around 19000. The GAS seat is only in Mining Engineering and in Agriculture Engineering departments. There is also a TFSW(Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme) for eligible students as per criteria. There are scholarships which are provided by NSS(National Scholarship Scheme) and some other private scholarships like Siemens. The scholarships provided are of different amount like in government scholarships it is of amount aroun 60000 and private scholarships give amount on their basis.

The fees structure of this college is working on the curriculum of the college where the fees will be paid in 8 installation like semester wise The first sem fees was the 50,0000 Later on the 5,000 was returned in our bank account There is category TFWS(Tuition fees waver scheme) which each semester fees is approx 10,000 And the girl category is in agriculture branch which fees is 9,000/semester The scholarship fees you can withdraw from the form of the goverment .
