The geology program at the college follows a two-phase admission process starting around July. Applicants complete an online registration, undergo certificate verification, and are then ranked on a merit list. Admission and branch selection occur based on these rankings, with a smooth and quick process aided by supportive faculty. The tuition fee is affordable, with general courses costing Rs 2,240 annually and professional courses Rs 25,000. Examination fees are charged separately per semester, and all financial transactions are handled online.

There are different fee structures for males and females, with government-operated tuition fees ranging from Rs 3,000 to Rs 6,000 annually, while the course fee is Rs 2,250. Limited self-financing seats are more expensive, between Rs 30,000 and Rs 50,000, but geology offers no such option.
