Candidate must have passed B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. (Engineering) /M.Sc./ M.C.A./MBBS/ M.Pharm./B.Pharm. with 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST) or an equivalent CGPA, from a relevant branch.

There are many banks within the campus, Canara and SBI, they provide many loans from laptop to full 4-year tuition at very less interest rate without any mortgage. Loans are for BTech people only. MTech gets 12k per month, Ph.D. gets 30k per month, Postdoc gets 50k per month.

Various Loans are available for the laptop to tuition fees. There are 2 banks inside the campus, which provide loan just after admission without any documents. Scholarships are available for Sc ST Ews students. Masters and Ph.D. students get stipends.
