Personally, i chose economics and now they are teaching me chemistry and physics lab. So teaching irrelevent things for my branch is what i dislike.

Fees and Financial Aid:

I joined IIT Bombay this academic year on the 25th of July; the tuition fee for a semester for non-SC-ST students is 1 lakh per semester. Hostels + mess fees cost 40 thousand per semester. There are many scholarship opportunities for people who have difficulty paying the fees, especially female students

the ups and downs of the iit bombay or the truth of iit bombay

for general students the tution fees is manditory for the frist year students or for one year they have to pay 119750 for cources like betch and the whole btech will end up in 950000 and expection for the st and sc catogary students because for then the tution fees is free as they come from poor back ground or may be or may not be there is no tution fees for st students

Fees without scholarship is high but scholarship is easy to get and amount of scholarship depends on which slab your family income falls into. I generally pay around 70000/year which includes both tuition and hostel fees thanks to the mcm scholarship.

scholarships can be availed and they are on the basis of either your parental income or your grades( minimum CPI of 6) so it's easy to avail if you're eligible for the same. Caste-based scholarships are also present. The fee for my course was nearly 250000.

The fees are quite low compared to private colleges but are on the upper side when compared to other goverment colleges. But the benefit is seen in the investment-reward ratio, the value of the degree is quite high.

Regarding the fee, there are a total of eight semesters and each semester costs around 120000 rs. When we sum up gets around 10 lakh Ruppees. There are scholarships present for that you have to score according to that but there are enough scholarships available.

The cost to study is around 12 lakhs for a four-year undergraduate student There are various available scholarships. The central government and state government scholarships are available apart from that we have an alumnus scholarship. The campus has SBI situated right on campus in case you need an educational loan.

Here there's a great opportunity for scholarships. But the fee structure is also too high. For the general category people, the annual fees go up to 3lakh. There are several scholarships available which the college itself will mail us

One of the best Technical Institute in India

Total fees for four years are around 12 lakhs. Students who belong to SC/ST are exempted from academic fees and also whose parental income is less than 1 lakh are also exempted from tuition fees which are around 1 lakh per semester. Many scholarships are offered here which includes various central government and private scholarships of which information is provided from time to time

Yes, the course requires an entrance examination. It conducts GATE for admission which will be followed by a personal interview or group discussion round. It will be followed by the CCMT counseling round.
