- Yeah it's very good for class room is great and lab is workable we have onam programs and xmas, arts day, sports day, youth festival, freshers day its good there is two clubs nss and nature club and good friends
- The attitude of the teachers were very rude but their way of teaching is very nice and we can easily score good marks in the exams.
- The college have job placements in channels like asianet, and have some institutes like brilliant, also the channel karikku.we have internships at newschannels and other institutes and may get permanent jobs if they like our work.
Dislikes
- Facilities are very bad theory is no very good infrastructure facilities provided
- The distance from hostel to department is too large and its so difficult to walk
- It's a very poor system that's made to waste the time of students as they cram everything from practicals and theory, leaving no space for real life applications .

- The campus is well disciplined and neat. There is no politics and one of the major advantage is the campus is ragging free.
- Exams are conducted regularly without any delay. The facultys are very helpful and friendly. Gives great support to the students.
- There are interships at the last semester for Some courses. For bvoc courses there is internships in every semester. This gives the students a new experience and opportunities
Dislikes
- The cultural activities are some times boring. Need more programs and innovative events.
- The campus has strict rules and regulations to follow. It feels like we are studying in School
- The main campus only has less ground. We have to travel to the sports campus which is 4kms far from the main campus

Placement Experience:
The course provides an internship at the end of the course. It provides new opportunities and experiences for the students. After the internship, there are chances to get placed. Campus placement depends on the course. It's different for each course and the salary package can vary.
The percentage of students getting placed is not really high. It depends upon the performance and grades of the students

- Friendy environment is being provided by the college
- The fees structure is also good stidemts who require a reduction in fees is provided
- They provide as with all necessary freedom and exposure

- Compus area is way too little, there is not place to walk around
- The disposal of food waste is not allowed
Placement Experience:
Only 6th semester students are allowed to participate in the placement programme
A no of companies do come with offers
About 40% students usually get placement
My plan after the graduation is to go for a pg course

Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum is generally relevant and comprehensive. It effectively blends theoretical concepts with practical application. My course enabled me to experience three on the job training sessions which is sure to enhance real-world readiness. We have internal and model exams on regular intervals preparing us for the university exam.

Placement Experience:
The college have job placements in channels like Asianet, and have some institutes like brilliant, also The channel karikku.we have internships at newschannels and other institutes and may get permanent jobs if they like our work. I am looking forward into film field and the faculty provides help on that too

- Friendly staff and nice environment which gives you a homely feel.
- Classes and compound are so developed and well maintained.
- College is situated in heart of city which makes other places easily accessible.
Dislikes
- Washroom is fewer compared to the number of students.
- Less nature friendly that's surrounded by buildings which make it feel like commercial.
- Was basin access is less for everything you have to come to the ground floor.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I'm studying history bachelor programme which is purely out of interest . As we all know history doesn't leave us many scopes but compared to other colleges,this college prepares us for better opportunities through value classes including archaeology etc and also internship. They provide with constant field trips also which is inevitable for a history student. Thus we can study our past by seeing it and sensing it.

- Kacheri Malika is a three-storey building situated in the heart of the campus. In the beginning of 19th Century, this was a European Bungalow . From 1811-1896, it was used as a Zilla court of the Travancore state build in AD 1811 by rani lakshmi bai
- The mango tree situated in front of the administrative block was planted by Mahatma Gandhi during his visit to the college in 1925&There is a chapel situated behind the Kacheri Malika. The chapel was designed by Rev George Edward Hubbard in Feb 1940
- Notable alumni association including famous personalities, Nitya Chaitanya yati ,former CM of kerala pk vasudevan nair, actor dileep, director lijo Jose pellissery,actor baburaj,, malayattor ramakrishnan, A jayashankar ,Vineeth mohan are few of them
Dislikes
- The education system of mg University still holding higher secondary syllabus including 2 subjects of English and a second language ,in the first year and second year there is only 2 core and complementary subjects each reducing the quality of course
- Internship programmes , intellectual sessions are very less compared to many other colleges.For students, it's a chance to gain real-world experience beyond classrooms. While class projects and observations help,so it's important to ensureinternships
- Today, teachers are not just lecturers, but guides; and students are not just listeners, but co-explorers of knowledge.Thus, teaching skills have also evolved, with more techniques available for teachers to use.They should accept this modern way
Placement Experience:
our placement cell establishes the vital link between students and prospective employers to facilitate training and placement of students as they begin their career after graduation. We work relentlessly to ensure job placements for our students and provide them with top career opportunities.The Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of the placement process. Arrangements for Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirements of the visiting companies.

- Course is offering a detailed study on Journalism, mass communication and English literature Which is very good to study on a single go.
- Provides an opportunity for film production, news reading.
- Opportunities were provided for Leading and presenting podcast series.
Dislikes
- Department is at the top of a different department and there is no facility.
- Limitation in number of classrooms and faculty members.
Placement Experience:
Placement cell of the college works pretty good, but not the best to suggest the placement department of CMS college is comparatively not good as of the department, the faculty the education system and fee structure. The placements offered which are very few in number is in reputed organisations with a limited package of 25,000rs

- Well maintained premises.The exams and results are on time and no lag in syllabus completion.College has a Theatre for educational purposes and media room for the CMS news channel.
- One of the oldest library facility in Kerala that promotes the reading habit in students. The library not only provides research section but also have access to numerous e-books and facilities.
- The Communicative English Department is Self Financing. Fee for the course is not that high compared to other colleges. The department promotes and motivates students in all the three fields related to the course- Literature, media and communication.
Dislikes
- Though my department offered very good facilities for the improvement of students, the science departments do not have any advanced lab facilities or other necessities.
- Toilet facility is not available in all departments.
- Sports facilities and coaching for female students is for namesake.
Placement Experience:
Campus provides placement drives and the facility is available for all the students in the last semester. The average salary packages are not that high. The placement options is not available for all the departments. Communicative English graduates are not getting placement options they deserve in their respective fields. The placement drives are more concentrated in providing jobs rather than providing jobs in the fields they studied.

- Safe environment for woman to study. Good campus
- Has events almost every week so there is no study pressure.
- Teachers are friendly and we can ask them doubt anytime.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course is little bit difficult to learn but teachers are really helpful with that. If one fails for the exams, teachers personally call that child and help her with the portions without any hesitation

My course is economics,is the highly planned curriculum. This course and curriculum are influenced to cjoose the course. I think in the curriculum need practical than theory.college conducting the exam in correct time on perspective.
