I get a ssp scholarship 19600 per year and so many students have got the very well and good package
Faculty are good and knowlege people, and also teaching is good and ready to help any time, also take care of each student and also they ready to help any time and also give good imformation about industry
Yes, we got good experience in our college campus life.they held good technical festivals like ethical hacking, many hacking, awareness of voting.

Dislikes

My college is too boring there are no activities no fest not sports nothing.
I was actually little disappointed because i didn't get any campus placement
The hostel food is not good and there is no more items in their menu

My College ka review New horizon new life

Likes

I like the gardens and also the outdoor gym
I like how hygiene and clean, they keep the place
I like that, there are two badminton court inside the hostel

Dislikes

I did not like the food that they give here
There are no hot water that is drinkable in the hostel
The class hours are way too much for me which starts from 9-4

I chose computer science because in the current world, everything is changing to IT and i like coding The teaching method of our faculties are actually good. They teach very well and are very student interactive.

Likes

I like how the faculties are very student friendly
There are many events happening every week
The college surrounding is filled with greenery

Dislikes

The food which is provided in the hostel is hygiene but doesn't test code
Class hours are too much starts from 9 to 4
There could have been even more sports facilities

Placement Experience:

I am a first year student I am the placements are offered to most of the students in the final year some of them get placed at a very high annual salary average salary is also not bad they also train the students for the placement

Here you get exposure to many national level competitions like SIH, eYRC, Manthan etc
Since it is present in bengaluru urban region, so you get exposure to many companies for internship
There are many lab availabilities for different departments

Dislikes

There's minimum of 75% attendance criteria
Assignments will be given after every exam, which has to be written in assignment book
Campus size is very small hence reducing your exposure

Placement Experience:

Students starts to apply for placements from end of 6th semester however you have to do one month internship at the end of 4th semester. Currently the highest package offered is 30lpa and average package of college is 6 lpa

excellent and well qualified Faculty with good speaking skills and friendly
good infrastructure and good maintainance of the college , with good auditorium and good ground with many games facility
nice and well maintained Labs and Av halls which is used for meetings

Dislikes

the place outside near the college is almost always filled with traffic
the campus size is comparitively small, it may be due to the college location which is one of the it sector
Canteen is small as compared to other colleges ,

Placement Experience:

The average package of the college stands at 6.5 lakhs, i would say its a above decent package as compared to other colleges in the city. They prepare us in every aspect for the placements, there are some of the eligibility for sitting to placemensts like betterment of softskills and apptitude and they even have classes for the betterment of the programs, totally i would say, above decent for getting placed here as last year highest package was around 44lpa in a japanese company

college timing for m.tech classes was good you can do job as well
college envirnoment was good and nice interms of infrasturcture
faculty expertise & teching methods and mentorship

Dislikes

no placement after completion of cousre-
campus amenities were limited no wifi to all
no persnoal development to student was given

Placement Experience:

there is no placement provided by college. no compaines or any offer were made to mtech guys from 2nd year intership & project thesis will start you can start job in intership if have good links with the company.

New Horizon College of engineering

Events keep happening every week . The famous fest of the college is called sargam
The ratio of boys and girls in the college is almost equal
Good atmosphere and greenery around the college

Dislikes

The total acre of land the college is built is small
Could have at even more sports ground and facilities
Not much parking space for students who come by their own

The course that I opted for is electronics and communication. In the first year the subject that is thought is same for every student. The next year the students are categorised into their respected course.

I dislike the location where it is. And how far it is.

Course is nice but it all depends on how your teacher teaches you. The teaching method should be effective inorder to understand the concept. The teacher shouldn't just blindly teach. Our teachers are nice as they teach us in different methods. Chalk and board, Projector, smart TV etc.

Good college campus and has good facilities
Better classes with healthy competitors within campus
Well maintained classes and campus with proper cleanliness

Dislikes

Placements after 2019 has been decreased
During events or functions,they don't provide leave for the students
Faculty is of average level and can't depend on them

I have choosed the course computer science because it is one of the highest demaing course among all, and coming to my college,they provide better coding knowlege as a part of subject and we get to learn lot about coding

The teachers are very helpful and kind. They are extremely understanding.
The attendance policy is not strict for most of the departments
The workload is not too hectic and can be easily managed

Dislikes

The canteen is not too big and not a lot of options are present
There is no proper gymnasium and badminton court
The campus is not too big bit it’s small yet cozy

Course Curriculum Overview:

We were taught relevant subjects in today's times like artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning, NLP, etc. The curriculum starts from basic and there are mini projects for each sem which helps in applying our skills to real world problems. There should be a little less focus on theoretical concepts. There are 3 internals in each sem , and are 1 hr 30 mins for 50 marks. They are not hard.
