Review on Acharya college

I wanted to join CSE but there are some subjects which feel irrelevant. Except for those I feel like am being prepared for real-world applications. The exams are very frequent if the exam at every chapter end is considered. But I would say there is enough gap between every exam for Preparation.

From 6th Semester students become eligible for Campus Placements. Around 550 companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, IBM, Amazon and many others come for placements. The highest package was 20 lakhs and average was 4 lakhs. 80% of students get placed every year. My plans aim for Higher studies.

Every year we CSE students who opted management quota have to pay the fee of Rs.450000/-. But for the people who come from CET or ComedK the fee will be accordingly assigned. We are Supposed to pay 50,000/- at the registration itself.

Here Acharya Habba and Onam are celebrated very grand compared to others. The central library almost has everything. The Class rooms are equipped with Smart boards and decent furniture. Wide range of sports and games will be played here and Sports meets give extra energy for them. There are many student run clubs and social groups here.

They clean the room everyday and weekly once washroom cleaning. Food is tasty but it can do better with different menu since not only one state students are staying there. The Hostel comes with four options. Single room, double share , triple share and quadraple share. The fee depends on the kind of share you opt.

I have applied for many colleges but i was assured pressure and stress free environment here. I have written many exam but couldn't pass any. So, I came here through Management and feels I have made a good choice. We can either visit directly or come through any known person for admission process.CET and ComedK exams are accpted and also management. The cutoff changes every year.

The faculty here are pretty friendly and encouraging. But they can do better with a good guidance from the co ordinators. There are 3 internals and the best of two will be considered. They are pretty easy if you prepare even a little. Passing is very easy where as Scoring is what makes things exciting. The course Curriculum also good but not enough.

There is an indoor gym in the college and 3 cafeterias and a central library. Most of them close after 6:00 PM except for gym which stays open untill 7:00 PM and Library which stays open untill 10:00PM. For hostel we have to reach before 7:30 PM. Oya is a cafeteria for hanging out.
