Likes

Good academic scholarships are available for good academic progressive students.
Eligibility 65% or above application from nitte official website seat secured and opportunity to study in a reputed college exams are conducted sem wise and well secured exam passing level is 90% and above
Course is very relevant and has good job opportunity for best academics and campus experience and since it has ranked nirf we got very good lab facilities and a good value of college every place so it's the best choice

Dislikes

Hostel facility is adjustable but food is very bad as in every college.
Yearly exams are tough for students since they need to concentrate whole for finals
In the frequency and difficulty of exam are nit so bad the admission process should be more prosperous and easy

Likes

I liked the mentoring system mentor is assigned to a batch of students
College tries to grip the students in all possible ways and teachers are good

Dislikes

Curfew timing and no night life of the campus
College should make anti ragging community to look after freshers

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem students become eligible for placements Microsoft and all good companies visit campus enjoys the Banglore advantage highest package was 35lakhs and if you are an average student you can get placement

The campus is good and the placements are decent
The campus is green and the college is student friendly
The campus is nice and the hostels are ok

Dislikes

The hostels are average and the rooms were quite low
The mess food is average and not the best quality food
The college main gate is very far students have to walk

The students from 5th semester are eligible for campus placement Lot of companies are visit in our college like amazon Google Microsoft etc Average package is 650000 The percentage of students getting placement is 97 percent

Nitte- A true review

Likes

The greenery of the campus. It feels fresh roaming around in the campus when the weather is good
Some of the faculties are really good and experienced. They are very frank towards there students
College provides opportunities in every field like sports, technical, clubs

Dislikes

The locality of college is not so good as it is situated far away from the main city
Medical facilities in the college are not up to the mark
The college management is not ao good ....

I dont have much idea about placements. Our clg provides internship frm 2nd year only. And students gets placed in 6th or 7th semester. Japanese companies are a great attraction in our college. Avg package is around 8LPA due to recession.

The faculty and the education they provide
The campus and the positive environment in the campus
The food stores and aminities inside the campus

It is a very small campus as compared to other
It has such high fees for hostel students
It has less space for roam around and chill in the campus

Likes

The crowd is good and there's diversity.
The food is here is not the best but way better than other colleges

Dislikes

My warden. He's super strict and sometimes complain to our parents even if we are not WRONG
Electronic items are not allowed and they take it away if they find out we have it.
There's not much to see around the campus. One can get bored easily in a week or two.

Placement Experience:

I think from 6th sem onwards one can sit in placements. Many companies come in our campus to provide in-campus placement. Zekken was one such company from Japan that came last year. I think they provided 20+ lakh per annum to a student. I don't plan on sitting in campus placement tho. Engineering is a backup for me. I want to become a digital artist and that's what I will be focusing on in these 4 years.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd semester students become eligible for campus placements.Collins aerospace,Pratt and Whitney are few which visit for campus placement.the highest package offered is around 20 lacs and lowest is 3 lacs. Around 96 percent of students are getting placement.

A life at NMIT

Likes

Good environment, good number of activities.
Campus life purely depends on you. How you adapt and mix. Compared its good.
Faculties are good and suppoerting in each and every branch and every aspect.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 3rd year of 6th semester you can say. Many companies visit campus for placements and have good number of placements every year. Also we have Japenese campanies visit campus for placements. Highest package was 40 LPA in Adobe campany. I excatly don't have an idea for percentage of students getting placed. My plans after degree are no different than any other engineer.

There are many companies. There a good chance you can be placed is the talk. Maintaining a good average CGPA garentees a job. Additionally efforts are mandatory. Companies like google,zenken, Flipkart,TCS,and other 30 companies

Nitte: A world of Dream

Likes

College ambience is very calm and clean. There are all over trees inside the campus which provides fresh and soothing environment.
Many Canteens are there in the campus. Also stationeries are there so no hassle.
Our college provides great faculty members who helps us in all the ways. Our lab facilities and equipments are upto date which helps us to gain more practical knowledge.

Dislikes

Bus only goes to one route. Like, if u plan to go somewhere, u will have to go for uber.
Gym is really small here. But equipments are okay.
They won't let students to play in indoor badminton court.

Placement Experience:

In our college placements are given to students from 5th semester around 50+ companies visit the college and many students get placed on campus. Our college has collaborations with international companies also which guides the students for their placement . The Japanese company Zenken frequently visits our campus and provides assistance to students for their placements. Students also get international placements from our college in the countries like Japan, Canada etc.
