Campus Life:

The college life at NLS is diverse and hectic if i must add, there is always something going on at campus, so much so that you will always have to make choices between two things. It is something for everyone, be it academics, co-curriculars, music, dance, sports, just name it and NLS has it. We have various events planned throughout the semester to offer an escape from the hectic academics. We also have various committees and collectives with different objectives, like the Academic Support Programme, The Literary and Debating Society, Sports Committee, CulComm, Event Management Committee, Quiz Club, NLS Feminist Alliance to name a few. NLS is one of the organisers of Trilateral, a sports fest between 3 NLUs- NALSAR, NLUJ and NLSIU.

Campus Life:

The campus life is chill. A lot of activities and events take place throughout the year. Several student committees organize events such as Mooting rounds, Negotiation rounds, Debates, Quizzes, Singing and Dancing events, and other similar competitions. There is a big football and cricket field on the campus. The college also has a band that performs sometimes throughout the year. Every year in May, there is Univ Week where there are competitions held with every batch against each other such as 1st to 5th years, LLB, LLM, and MPP. On the infrastructure side, the classrooms have ACs, several plug points, projectors, and microphones. The library is state of the art where several books ranging from each domain of law to social sciences. Case Law Journals are also kept in the library with a copy of the original Constitution of India.

The basic facilities such as the Wi-Fi and sports are available in the college, but they are not up to the mark or maintained efficiently. The best infrastructure resource on the campus is the library which houses all the books that may be required in the legal and the social science research. The canteen food is of the average quality. Other affordable meal options are also available. Most importantly the campus infrastructure is managed by the students themselves.
