As like all college has their good also the college has negative side too.There is also the negative points.This college is also famous for politics. The college never give the chance and right judgement to the deserver students. It's also disappoint
Mainly for exams University always delays for the exams. When other universities ends their sessions than kolhan starts their session as per conclusion students phase trouble and problems in their addmission. They never got admission in another city.

Fees and Financial Aid:

In the first year for my admission I paid 8000 because of I am From General catagory I never got any waiver or scholer ship plan. I paid full fee structure. In first year I paid 8k than second year i paid 4500 because of lockdown. After that I paid 6000 in third year.For General has no benefits. There are only benefits for OBC st and sc.

My College Experience.

Likes

The environment created by the teachers makes it easy for the students to focus on their studies. The teachers go an extra mile to clear the doubts of the students.
The faculty members are quite helpful and responsible. They make sure to listen carefully to the students and give an appropriate solution.

Dislikes

The timing of the classes are not proper. Usually there's a huge gap between two classes. The classes aren't conducted back to back.
The library teachers does not allow students to physically enter and read books. Most of the times the books aren't available.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Per year the fees for arts student is upto 6000 (tution fee - 1500, Admission fee - 14, Maintenance fee - 1000, College exam fee - 400,Honors fee - 240 etc). The fees structure differs from one department to the other. Although the minority students receive scholarship from the government of Jharkhand of Rs 9000-10000 per year which also again differs from course to course. The name of the scholarship is E-kalyan.

As I've mentioned before that the admission fee is quite low here, I mean all of the students can easily afford the fees. Per year it costs 700 with all cuts in honours in English. E kalyan is the scholarship programme from where we the students get our scholarships.

As I've mentioned that it's a government college, so the fees are very low. Yeah, a scholarship scheme is also available here from the government. Students have to apply through the website called e Kalyan. Here we got the option of 1 time per year.

Review of ghatshila college :kolhan university.

Fees and Financial Aid:

As I mentioned that it's a government college run by Kolhan university, and fees are very minimum here. All students can easily afford it. Yeah, we got here governmental scholarship also. Just we have to apply through the website called e Kalyan. In graduation, we can apply 3 times in 3years.

Fees and Financial Aid:

Since I avail the benefits of reservation under schedule cast. my college offers lesser fees than other students. and also fees are very reasonable it only takes 8k for 1 year. Apart from that a reserved category we got e Kalyan scholarship of about 12k.
