Scholarships are also provided to the students who has reservation benefits and also provided to the ews students.
The faculty members in the department are very good at knowledge and have a great experience in their field. some faculty members are iitians also.
Campus life is good as the campus is huge, green and beautiful .

Dislikes

Hostels are not provided to everyone due to shortage of rooms.
Food quality of hostel is very poor they have to change that
Hostel messes are not so good and food test is average

DARK REALITY OF GJUS&T

Likes

Campus life is exceptional due to beautiful infrastructure and lush green environment
Sports complex containing gyms, tennis club, volleyball court helps students and athletes to keep themselves healthy and fit
Library is one of the best library containing numerous books providing reading environment

Dislikes

More hostel should be created so that students from far location gets accomodated.

Placement Experience:

A student is eligible for palcement after the seventh semseter . This year had taken a visit. Highest package is 12 lakh and average package is 3 lakh.30% student are getting placement. No plan is made until now by me.

Hostel food is not good for our health and our body.

Overall Review of GJUST hisar

Likes

Infrastructure of the university is quite good as comapred to other government universities of this level.
Fees of the university is quite affordable for most of the people and it also provides scholarship for the needy
Almost all of the genral facilities like wifi,shopong complex,cafeteria ... are available in the university.

Dislikes

Studenst are of different types here most of the students are not serious towards there careers
Checking of exams is really strict it is difficult to score good marks.
Dur to recection period placements are low

Placement Experience:

In 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements Tcs,infosys,flipkart,Accenture,ibm,cognizant and many more companies visit campus for Placements. More than 100 offers are made in my course and highest package was last year14 lpa and average was around 6-7 lpa around 70-80% students are placed. My plans are to enter in the tech field and gain some experience in the field

Then infrastructure of the college is very good and very Greenery inthe college
All labs and class are spacious and the faculty is also good
The placement is very active and work hard to bring the company's

Dislikes

The placement ave average and not good in this college
Mostly mass recruiter come in this college
Boys and girls ratio is not good in this college

Placement Experience:

If you are looking for average placement in government college and which have low fees you can definitely of for this college because it has a great return of investment value. There is no internship opportunities in the college

My first sem experience

Likes

I Really like Infrastructure labs playground environment campus Vibe is really nice the friends I make in past few months they are really nice
No restrictions on students no hostel timings (only for girls) boys can do whatever they want 😂
Also there is a nice class life balance ⚖️

Dislikes

Clubs and activities clubs are so inactive or nothing seniors are doing to promote them

Placement Experience:

Placements are not so good you have to brush your skills and gain lot of knowledge over the years and work on yourself to get one the quality of placement is not so nice maximum package is around 10-12 lpa And average is 3.5-4lpa.

The curriculum university provides helps students to excel in their fields. The curriculum helps students to prepare for the real world applications because, they provide numerous knowledge about academics like computer skills as well as technical skills like using autocad etc.

GJU Hisar : Pros and Cons

Likes

The infrastructure of the college is quite nice especially new hostels not old ones and library. There is a lot of greenery here. For religious people there's a Mandir as well
The teaching staff behaviour is very nice and students interacts with them easily. Most of the teacher are quite experienced and and good in teaching.
The Social life is also good here. There isn't any ragging here. Seniors behaves quite nice with juniors.

Dislikes

They didn't provide any intership. The placement rate is aslo quite poor.
Students do a lot of smoking and drink alcohol in University
Some of the teachers didn't behave nice towards students

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is quite low here. Therefore the students have get the internetship by themselves and and also get off campus placement. About 5% students get campus placement No big companies like google and amazon visits here. My plans are to get internship somewhere then do masters and then do job.

Overall annual college life in GJUS&T University , Hisar

Likes

The Campus is nice to roam around at evening.
Some of the teachers are too educated and some are just there for attendance.
Campus is totally ragging free. no sir/madam calling to seniors.

Dislikes

Full university is filled with Haryana crowd of students.
Too much delay in Government processes..

Placement Experience:

campus placements starts at the end of 7th semester. its not too much nice . if you prepare too much well cause competition is too much here not much opportunities but a lot of competition and participate in all placement volunteers u have a high chance of being participated in college placements.

Real and actual review of gju hisar

Likes

Talking about likes infrastructure is so good
University library is so large and vast collection of books
Faculty is helpful help in many ways to students

Dislikes

Talking about dislikes placement is not upto the mark
University location is not that good on comparison to other university
University exam result takes more time as expected

Placement Experience:

Student can apply for placement from 6th sem And talking about placement actually it is not that good or can say nearly 20 percent got placed from the on campus placement Currently I am writing review and Infosys came for the placement

GJU might just be for you...

Likes

A lot of teachers are very helpful and candid.
The infrastructure in the new buildings is really wonderful.
University organises a lot of functions fests and the incubation centres are top tier with top infrastructure.

Dislikes

The old buildings are in quite bad conditions
Some non teaching staff is just the worse they are not cooperative and act like they own the place.
The Internet speeds of wifi is very irregular and may work so week at some place and so bad the other

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th sem onwards. The companies that visit are new local startups and Infosys ,tcs ,blinkit, Zomato, Walmart,payzapp, Wipro and quite a lot.highest package has been of 32lakhs per annum. Just a lot of profiles, software engineer, software developer, etc. percentage in different courses varies quite a bit but around 30-40% student get placed. I wish to take up a job as an data engineer.
