The campus is really beautiful it has different buildings for different courses well furnished classrooms well maintained laboratories and classrooms beautiful areas to rest after a tiring day
Currently, we have no passout batch but student are doing great and some are working under a tier one law firm due to all the factors in consideration, there will be very ample opportunities and placement offers.
All the faculty members are very much friendly and knowlegeable persons providing their best for guiding us
Dislikes
The course is very scattered in bachelor's and includes a lot of different subjects but not in great detail and you do not get the chance to study more about them.
The course has not been signed up in thhe recruiting rules of government labs which has not been taken care of even after repeated notices
The hostel fees is a little bit more and the message is not affiliated with college so if you have any complain about it you have to address the catering department.
These insights are automatically extracted from student reviews
The faculties are extremely supportive. You will also find that the laboratory here is top notch with all the high end equipments required for the course.
The campus provides equal practical knowledge which is a huge plus.
The teachers are very knowledgeable and can clear all your doubts.
Dislikes
The campus still prefers and sides with law students more than the forensic ones.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As the institute is affiliated to the National Forensic Sciences University, the curriculum here is very updated and up to the mark. It prioritises practical knowledge as much as it does the theoritical one.
I love the infrastructure of the buildings and all.Its an elegant University I may metaphorically call it.Various divisions of each schools at each spots and lots of places to conduct extracurricular activities and indeed for academic schedules also
Too much opportunities to engage in studies not only theoretically but also students are able to get the practical exposure.
The professors and all the higher authorities too much dedicated to safeguard and enhance the dignity of the institution as well as the bright future of its students
Dislikes
The students and even faculties also upto a certain extent are too much inclined to Hindi , it's pretty to follow the national language but they should consider there are students from all the state of India..so English would be bit better
For some department the time schedule is too much lengthier and instead of strictly utilising the hour and effectively making sure the active engagement of students and faculty they are dragging the class hour
Course Curriculum Overview:
The fact that fascinated me to choose this course was my curiosity toward the medical field as well the obligation and gut feel I used to have towards the legal scenario. I felt forensics would be the best ever choice which brings these two fields under the same roof. The curriculum is designed in such a way that every graduate will have thorough knowledge in the theoretical aspects as well as efficient in practically executing what he it she learned from the theory. The exams are quite simple and as frequent as to ensure every student are updating and clarifying what and all they have learnt so far.
Environment of all campuses ( Gandhinagar, Delhi, Goa, Tripura, Bhopal).
Faculties are very helpful towards each and every student.
Placements is somehow nice. They connect with MNCs for better placement of their students.
Dislikes
The timing criteria of the classes is not so good. They conduct classes for 6-7 hours due to which student doesn't have time for self study.
Sometimes teachers create pressure on the students regarding their studies etc.
I also dislike the passing marks criteria. The Passing marks criteria is 50% if you'll not get 50% marks in any exams it means you are fail.
Placement Experience:
In 2nd last semester students are eligible for the campus placements. Microsoft, bajaj allianz, bhumi, KPMG, Deloitte etc. have visited and they generally selected 30-40 students from every batch out of 50-60 students. And the avg packages is around 40-50lac per annum. Out of 100 there is 90% chances of getting placements. I also want better placement with handsome package.
Well equipped laboratories and library has books ranging from a variety of subjects
Campus is well maintained and clean. Fests are good
Instruments here are very good including the ballistics testing range
Placement Experience:
Last semester is the eligibility for campus placements. College has a placement cell. Digital forensics and Cyber security have high chances of placements as well as the packages. Microsoft and Deloitte are a few to name.
Because this college is a government college It gives the best education this college faculty is almost very satisfying and the students ratio depends upon every year but its actually ratio is 40 students qualification of the faculty is PhD lecture and good teaching skills yes it's paper conducted timely and it is no more difficult because it depends upon you how to learn
College is providing good knowledge as they should be. But the college should expand their infrastructure as they giving admission to the more and more students every year.and university also needs to have at least the proper field for the sports to be played in the university.
It is the best institution I have come across. It provides the best facilities and exposure. I could not have asked for a better place to study at. I am very proud to study at Gujarat Forensic Sciences University.
