JNU conducts its own entrance exam (now integrated into CUET-PG for some programs). the MA Political Science syllabus broadly covers:
Core areas:
JNU entrance emphasizes analytical depth over mere factual recall. practice writing essay-type analytical answers. study standard political science textbooks (Arblaster on liberalism, Heywood for introduction, Gupta for Indian politics). check the official JNU/CUET-PG website for the current year's specific syllabus and exam pattern.

JNU conducts an entrance test and an interview for admission of its PhD candidates. Usually, the written test carries 70% weightage, while 30% weightage is given to the interview. Most of the questions asked in the JNU PhD interview are about the research field the candidate plans to join. Below are the top 3 tips to crack the JNU PhD interview:
JNU admissions are quite competitive due to its high reputation in India and across the world. Students from Delhi and outside of Delhi compete for admission to various JNU courses. The university accepts CUET for admission to its undergraduate and postgraduate programs. When the CUET results are declared, JNU releases its cutoff scores and merit list accordingly.
Candidates who have a CUET score that is at least equal to the cutoff scores will be called for the counseling session and will be allotted seats in their preferred institutions. Since a large number of applicants apply for JNU admissions, candidates must aim for a high percentile and a high CUET score. Good marks can ensure admission to JNU if not any other parameter.
JNU MBA is a two-year full-time postgraduate program offered through the university's Atal Bihari Vajpayee School of Management & Entrepreneurship. The fee for this course is INR 12 lac for general category students. Since JNU started offering an MBA program in 2019, there have been both positive and negative reviews about the course.
Why pursue a JNU MBA?
Why not pursue a JNU MBA?
Despite the positive and negative reviews given by JNU MBA students, candidates still prefer a JNU degree over other institutions.

JNU conducts the toughest entrance for MCA. Its faculty and environment are ideal for this degree. MNNIT Allahabad is a good institute, but its MCA is not comparable to JNU.
However, JNU does not have a concrete curriculum for its MCA entrance. Its entrance is conducted in a non serious manner, and the paper is difficult to crack. Moreover, it has a lot of reservations and quotas, even on such limited seats.
On the other hand, NIMCET is conducted in an organized manner, and its paper is easy to understand. The syllabus and blueprints are made available on the official website for good preparation.
Despite all this, JNU has a very professional education system. It does not offer any placements, but you’ll get good exposure on campus and land a job on your own. The MCA faculty is highly experienced, but I am not well aware of the university’s infrastructure.
Talking of MNNIT Allahabad, it is a highly reputed NIT with a good placement record. Its campus is completely ragging free, and the environment is strict on academics. But its hostels aren’t in a good shape.
I would suggest JNU New Delhi for an MCA, but even MNNIT is a decent choice.
JNU New Delhi does not offer an MSc. Biochemistry. Instead, you can opt for MSc. Life Sciences or MSc. Biotechnology at JNU. The university also offers MSc. Environmental Sciences. Biochemistry is one of the compulsory subjects during the first semester of MSc. Life Sciences.
The fee for MSc. Life Sciences at JNU is Rs. 376 for the 1st year, and Rs. 269 for the 2nd year.
The tuition fee is Rs. 216 per year. The admission fee is Rs. 5. The other fees total up to Rs. 155 for the 1st year, and Rs. 53 for the 2nd year.
This is the complete breakdown of fee structure for MSc. Life Sciences at JNU New Delhi.
