The college campus is very good, there are many fields for practical purposes in which we can plant crops.
There is a digital library in the college which makes it easier to study.
Very large areas to practice crop production and many thing related to our subjects

Dislikes

Not good for campus placement and internships
Sitting arrangements are not good desk is small size
Most of books are not available in library

Course Curriculum Overview:

Many people depend on agriculture sector and in India 70% of the logs are dependent on agriculture and in the exam the questions are objective type true false and short answer long answer.The way of teaching is fine, we make notes.

IGKV, a very affordable yet very complicated place to live inn

Likes

The course is super affordable and the hostel fee is also very nominal, it can be afforded by the lower middle class and the below poverty line people as well
The campus is large with all the facilities of accomodation and the food is also affordable for students coming from different places.
The staff is helpful and cooperative and know how to guide students and help them.

Dislikes

Professors are a bit lazy and don't take classes regularly
There's a bit partiality on the basis of colleges which are situated in different cities.
Books in the library are not up to date with the current versions.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exams are okay but the difficulty level is a bit too high based on the classes that they provide us . I don't like their teaching methods all theoretical knowledge and less practical knowledge

The way of theoretical teachings are good and far good in our college. The professors have enough and precise knowledge of their respective subject.
The campus of the college is big enough to accommodate all the requirements of the students and the surrounding area after college campus is also good for studies. The campus is good, clean and asthetic. The campus of the university is full of plants
There are many other departments other than agronomy and every department has their field and experimental areas, research project, laboratories with equipments and gadgets

Dislikes

No proper use of all the resources and available facilities by the college professors
Building of hostel is too old and not equipped with modern day facilities
Library of the university is not available 24/7

I belongs to department of agronomy which is assumed as the major subject as agronomy includes the management of the field crops which are cultivated around us. We've seen growing of agronomy crops around us so i wanted to improve its cultivation and take it to next level either by teaching or by doung that take me to study agronomy

the infrastructure of college is pretty good,study friendly environment,placement facility also available,professers are highly educated and well exprienced.
other curriculum activity of this college is also pretty good.sport meet and cultural meet organized at every year and well performers get medals,certificate and trophies also.
good mentorship facility,well furnished class and also classroom are smart in terms of like smart board facility , podium facility,mice facility and cctv camera facility

Dislikes

placement cell is not very active,canteen facility is also not very good.
auditorium facility not provided,mentorship or career guidance cell is not pretty active.
good library facility but need to improve library facility.

course B.sc. agriculture include apiculture ,aquaculture ,entomology, pathology, horticulture, animal husbandary ,forestry , agricultural extension ,agriculture heritage and also some exciting subject like mushroom production technique,etc.so there is diversity in this course . who open many carrier opportunities . this one is follow semester exam system and on a avg.20 theory, 18 practical and 20 midterm exam conducted by univercity.

Placement Experience:

In IGKV campus after graduation there is too many options for job salary is not so high.. They also inform us each and every agricultural post for which we are eligible . But 70% peoples have their own plans like small business or government job etc.

I like to play badminton, chess and carrom in my college campus.
I like very much to do practical lectures in quality assurance laboratory.
i like walking in gardens around my hostels

Our curriculum is good but not good as curriculum which is applied now adays according to new education policy. in our curriculum i specially like like quality assurance area because it involves various knowledge about food safety that may concern health hazards.

About IGKV university facility.

Likes

The cultural event are held timely with joy and fun.
The coconut garden campus is awesome in whole state.
The hostel facility are best becoz 2 and 3student stay in single room.

Dislikes

The placement facility is low as compare to other course colleges.
The distance of market area is 8 km from college.
The practical work is not as required for agriculture student.

The extra curriculum is required for the college in terms of practical work and laboratory department. The exam timing is held in every 6 month. Exam are held in secure and accurate , and full of CCTV cameras.

The truth behind IGKV

Likes

The college building is good. Classrooms are spacious and arranged.
We have inside college bus service for student to go to college from their respective hostel
University organise sport fest and cultural fest on yearly basis

Dislikes

College neither provide nor assist in on campus placement.
The university do not have any official student union neither they conduct student union election like other universities (DU,RU)
The university do not have an active environment for example after taking admission in the university the student are not much excited in taking part in co curriculum activities

I choose this subject because the agriculture sector is going to grow exponentially in the future. In this course we are going to study a little bit about all the subjects of engineering The entrance exam is not that much tough it's kind of easy exam

The exams are taken twice in year at interval of 4 months . periodic exams are taken during this interval. Teaching is okay but sometimes periods are free no teachers are come during this period . The course have so many scopes in future
