Course Curriculum Overview

Our curriculum is good but not good as curriculum which is applied now adays according to new education policy. in our curriculum i specially like like quality assurance area because it involves various knowledge about food safety that may concern health hazards.

Class Size: 12Course Fees: INR 12699 per year

Internships Opportunities

Their are many industrial parteners of college where we have to go for our internship with stpend nearly 12000 per month for our work in quality assurance, food processing and research and development areas.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have to pay Rs. 15,000 per semester tution fee including all facilities provided by college and Rs. 1618 per semester hostel fee. I do not get any scholarship but category wise other student get it up to 32,000 to 40,000

Campus Life

My overall expeerience is good in this college campus with my freinds durind all the cultural and social fest and sports. Campus have a national liabrary and all the mandatory facielities are available.

Hostel Facilities

I am currently stayed in campus hostel and i have provided a room which i have to share with my freind. hostel is attached with mess so i dont have to go anywhere for meal which is in good quality. I have to pay around 3000 per year for hostel which is comaparbly very less than PG.

Hostel Fee: INR 1618 per year

Admission

I have taken admission in College of Food technology for Btech degree, i chose this because it have a vast scope in food industries and for startup in food processing. For taking admission in my college you have to give CGPET examination and apply in university website "www.igkv.com".

Faculty

Our college start on 2020 so we can say this is starting phase of our college and have 4 regular faculty members and 5 guest faculty members. the faculty to student ratio is 1:9, they have good relationship with us

Placement Experience:

To be honest placement scenario is not really good. One becomes eligible for placement in the final year. Companies like cognizant used to visit the college for mass recruitment but after covid even they are not visiting. But few startups visit every year. The highest package this year was 12 lpa ctc. And avg 6 lpa. Only 30 percent get placement. My plan is to do M TECH.

From 7th semester we can sit in interviews but the companies are far too less, like in last year only 6 companies came to campus at all, with an average package of ?3,00,000 and about 15 students got placed from Entire BTech, like 15 out of 500 students that too for sales roles

As I've mentioned above the management is worse but the teaching system is good. The director is a piece of shit a bald cunt. He did not even know what he was doing. He was a non cooperative asshole. All he did was snoooe around in classes and intimidated teachers. All in one it is a good college to tak admission in.
