More clinical hours is very de motivating personally for me
And the other thing is they will more assignments
The percentages are not good enough which this university provides
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum plan is tooo good....why I'm saying this is
We are having clinical exposure since after 3 months from starting of the college.....
Which makes u to gain good clinical exposure ever than any other college in around
At the end of the course you are literally like 4 year experienced staff nurse
College culture and staff , students management and coordination.
Discipline is very nice and very one has to follow the rules and regulations of the college.
No ragging and no gender and caste discriminations.
Dislikes
Very strict rules by management and no such an great support and encouragement
Lack of updated knowledge and technology
Very less student enjoyment programs and fests
Course Curriculum Overview:
Those who wants to settle in medical field other then Mbbs, BDS and others .will choose Physiotherapy.
Specific improvements in course includes update protocols, techniques and knowledge.
More conference and workshops more knowledge gained.
Curriculum is ok have to improve according to student level..
Frequency is for every sem 1 finals and 2 internal exams will be there.
I liked is it's not spoon feeding unlike what we gone upto intermediate.
My college is improving day by day like to they are constructing grounds new buildings.
Seniors are so friendly and helps us in every aspect.
Dislikes
Stress is at peak level when we have exams.
We are lacking security as the college is surrounded by nallamalla hills we have animal encounters
We can't make out what is what in a medical college we can't be on angry on any one
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum is based on consideration of entire students ,which is very nice.the curriculum makes us know about the real world.it introduced us to the real life situations.it is teaching us how we have to deal with them.
Faculty is so nice friendly, that we can freely ask the doubts
Dislikes
Not so much, but sometimes we use to get some strict guidelines
Classes are extended sometimes, beyond the college timings.
We are given less time for studying during exams
Course Curriculum Overview:
The practical sessions are the ones which makes the subject even more interesting.
Whatever we read in the books, will be there right infront of us, so would always love to learn in that way.
Especially in anatomy, we never missed a single dissection hour.
Very Good College environment with friendly nature
Good teaching with well equipped labs and instruments
Very Good clinical exposure with skill training
Dislikes
Very worst management. Principal is not student friendly
Heavy workload with limited free time and etc
Beuracracy is vastly seen here. Culturals are not planned so well
Course Curriculum Overview:
In first year we have 3 subjects - Anatomy Physiology and biochemistry. In 2nd year Pathology Microbiology and pharmacology. 3rd year We have Community medicine and forensic medicine. Final year ENT Ophthalmology Medicine Surgery Obstetric and Gynaecology and Pediatrics. CBME curriculum is followed in our campus
Has Basketball, Cricket, volley ball ground and courts.Good opportunity for socializing especially after months of isolation during NEET preparation.
Culturals and college fests are organised every year, including college day hostel day & sports day.
Being a government medical college and hospital you are exposed to driverse clinical cases and surgical procedures due to massive number of patient visits.
Dislikes
Better security and surveillance required in hospitals and in the campus.
Need better in-campus roads and a 24/7 canteen for doctors, UGs and PGs.
Lecture galleries need more air conditioners
Course Curriculum Overview:
Clinical case and disease oriented presentation of concepts.Surgical and clinical exposure and case scenarios to help understand the basis of disease, it's treatment and prophylaxis.
Standard books must be referred while studying and for qualification in NEET PG and selection in USMLE PLAB etc...
Areas of improvement: presentation of classes oriented towards high yielding concepts and exam oriented presentation.
Frequency of exams : Externals conducted after each professional year of MBBS & 3 internal examinations are conducted in every professional year.
This college is somehow different than all other colleges. We get more clinical exposure in the hospital
Course Curriculum Overview:
I chose this course because of the developing demand to this course and it has very promising future in current medical field. The curriculum and the structure of this college is great that itmade many physiotherapist ago shine in their respective areas
The campus do have a good infrastructure and its has that charisma that attracts everyone on the first sight and they have beautiful and most of the equipment and as it is a medical college they have a lot of cadavers for the 1 st years as well
Facultys are all well experienced persons and most of them are themselves gold medalists and rankers of their time and they themselves have studied in this college. They are trained medical professionals as well and improve our practical knowledge..
The number of cadavers for the 1 st years help them to develop their practical knowledge and few soft skills like dissection and also patient input is high which helps the students to study them carefully during the postings, gives intern opportunity
Dislikes
The syllabus vastness make the faculty to move on a speed pace to which the student must get adapted
The students will get a lot of trouble if they dont attend classes properly as there wont be any revision classes. There is a lot humidity in the classes
Less number if fests probably nowadays, not that good food, campus Air conditioners are not in good condition
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course and curriculum is vast
And it needs to be a liitle concised or it must be given a little more time as it is a vast one. This college lacked just in this concept for not providing time for the preparation amd taking extra classes for course completion and the students suffered from having lack of time but have to face it due to the high amount of syllabus
Professors are highly knowledgeable and supportive, providing a solid foundation in Cardiovascular Technology.
State-of-the-art facilities and a serene campus environment create a conducive atmosphere for learning.
SVIMS's esteemed reputation in the medical field adds credibility to the B.Sc. Cardiovascular Technology program.
Dislikes
More industry collaborations could enhance real-world insights and networking opportunities.
While the course is comprehensive, placement assistance could be more proactive to ensure smoother transitions to the professional realm.
Course Curriculum Overview:
As a B.Sc (Cardiovascular Technology) student at SVIMS, Tirupati, I appreciate the comprehensive course curriculum that blends theory with practical exposure. Faculty members are highly qualified, maintaining a favorable ratio. Their expertise enhances our learning experience. Timely term exams ensure consistent evaluation, but passing can be challenging due to the rigorous curriculum. The college's strengths lie in well-equipped labs and a library. However, infrastructural improvements are needed for a holistic experience.
I chose this course to serve the nation and poor people.
In my college faculty are good and the faculty: student ratio is 24:1.
All faculty are well and qualified MBBS.
And teaching methods are very good
Term exams for the first year are conducted at a 3 to 4-month gap, a little bit hard to pass but it was an easy task.
