Not so much, but sometimes we use to get some strict guidelines
Classes are extended sometimes, beyond the college timings.
We are given less time for studying during exams

Course Curriculum Overview

The practical sessions are the ones which makes the subject even more interesting. Whatever we read in the books, will be there right infront of us, so would always love to learn in that way. Especially in anatomy, we never missed a single dissection hour.

Class Size: 175Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

After completing the course, we have opportunity to do internship in whichever the hospital we want to. We can even do internship in our hospital too. We use to have wide range of cases in our hospital which helps us to gain more practical knowledge

Fees and Financial Aid

All the students will have same amount of fee irrespective of the category that they belong to. I addition, during the exams, all the students have to pay around some 2000. We have no kind of lab fee, development fee. And the students those who joined through AIQ will have less fee than the remaining.

Campus Life

We have freshers party, college fest everyyear. Freshers party is conducted for the new batch. College fest is conducted by the outgoing batch of that year. College fest is conducted in 4 days. Ethnic day, hostel day, sports day and college day.

Admission

This college is somewhat nearer to my home, than the other colleges. The environment of the college is so good, that we can stay there from morning to evening with ease. The Ambience is in such a way that, the campus is surrounded by lot of trees, more greenery around.

Faculty

Faculty are so friendly with the students. Most of the times, they use to be strict. So that we can study well and follow the guidelines. 1 internal examination with 3 subjects is conducted for every 3 months, so we use to have 3 internal examinations every year. They are conducted very strictly.

The life of a medico in a government medical college

Placement Experience:

There is no such thing as campus placement in medical courses.. we are provided with internship with the linked hospital with an approximate stipend of 30k per month for a year and after that we receive the course completion certificate and we can either practice in a clinic or pursue the post graduation upon our interests..

we have to visit our hospital from 1st year of college, and we start interacting with patients from 1st year onwards, up to 4th year we are practicing in our college and after that, we have to do an internship in our hospital only all qualified students which pass all the prof exams can do the internship, after the internship I will go for higher studies.
