Our college is really neat and clean it is maintained well there are many trees and it looks so beautiful
Of now i am getting a scholarship from a trust which is located in karnataka.campus placements are also pretty good
Placement in this college is very nice the student with good academics can get the job in very good company

Dislikes

There is nothing in our college in name of scholarship for obc and general and even no financial assistance is provided and no job on campus .
Here they will conduct 2 fests named spring spree and techhnozion and after they won't even care about fests all they do is they do whatever they want it is stress full we can't enjoy our college life
Hostels are poor and not upto the mark,even the food in the mess in not that good ,they provide very bad food,no quality no taste nothing,one have to depend on the other sources of food to have proper health

A casual review of NIT warangal

Likes

The campus is big and lush green, feels good to walk
Availablity of transport, bus station is 10 mins away and train 10 min and 30 mins

Dislikes

It's too hot here , climate is weird most of times

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good. Average is 17lpa overall . Good companies come for the placements . Recently a girl got an internship of 2.2 lakh per month from mechanical branch. Core and circuital branches has over 90% placement ratio

Nit warangal review

Likes

Faculty are good and friendly we can interact with them without any fear.
Clubs are helpful to become socially active and give us many friends
Fests are amazing where we can enjoy a lot and we can burst out the stress .

Dislikes

Sometimes meals are that tasty to have them

Placements this year are not that good but TNPS tried hard to bring a lot many companies for better placements. 3rd years are eligible for internships and final years are eligible for placements some companies offer internships for final years too.

experience in nitw

Likes

mainly the fests where different celebrities visit the campus
there are so many clubs where we can learn extra curricular activities apart from studies
greenary of the college and its very vast and clean

Dislikes

the first thing is the mess its literally worst
canteens are removed from the hostels and its surroundings
as the college is very big we face difficulty from travelling one place to other place

Placement Experience:

from 3rd year onward we can apply for placements but in 3rd year companies hire us as interns but in 4th year some companies hire us as interns then they give fte but most off them are full time. average of 12 lpa and last year we got 88 lpa as highest package.maximum of the students are placed in the college itself

My B.Tech Biotechnology in NIT Warangal

Likes

the college cultural fest called spring spree where pro shows and many cultural activities happens.
my department infrastructure which is newly constructed department with proper facilities in classroom and laboratories
The professors were so talented and easily approachable

Dislikes

Food served in the mess is very bad i had to adjust with the food for 4 years in the campus
the bathrooms in the hostel are not well maintained properly
the college placement coordinators are so annoying the are not up to the mark

Course Curriculum Overview:

The time when is applied the JOSAA influenced my decision for taking biotechnology cause at the time it was of peak covid so i thought that there might be many opportunities in biotechology for doing research in biotechnology and all. The curriculum in nitw is decent for the real world applications.The exam are pretty easy to write may be the could increase the difficulty level of the question papers .

NIT WARANGAL - FACTS AND REALITY

Likes

Extracurricular activities in NIT Warangal are top notch.
A seperate stadium for playing sports is also a added benefit.
Placements and internship opportunities in NIT Warangal are so good.

Dislikes

Hostel maintenance and service is not so good.
Mess food is not at all nice.Many students will do protest against them

Placement Experience:

Every year NITW is top among all the NITs in placement stats.But due to recession in the IT field the number of placements has been dropped this year. Approximately 60 percent of students placed in all the programmes.The highest package was 88 LPA. My plans after graduation is doing job.

The college life here is good so that we understand the difference culture because the students here come from entire country
Faculty in this college is very supportive and they always help when a student is trouble
Placement in this college is very nice the student with good academics can get the job in very good company

Dislikes

The food in the institute is very bad with bad taste
Hectic timetable in college make the student to feel uncomfortable
No proper transport facilities are provided to the students within the campus

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is good for student with high academic excellence, the students gets eligible for placement at beginning of 4th year The companies visited this year are ICICI Bank,Zomato,Swiggy,Uber,Ola etc the average offer s provided by this companies are around 4-5. The highest package offer is 50 lakhs.Percentage of students getting placed are good enough around 90-95 % The plan after getting the degree is to be in good position

I DONT LIKE MESS FOOD FROM THE BEGGINING OF THE COLLEGE
COLLEGE IS TOO LARGE AND I AM UNABLE TO WALK

FINAL YEAR STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE FROM 7TH SEMESTER AND 5TH SEMESTER STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR INTERNSHIPS AMAZON,DELHIVERO,VERIZON,QUALCOMM,SAMSUNG,JP MORGAN. HIGHEST PACKAGE IN NIT WARANGAL IS 80,00,000 AND AVERAGE PACKAGE IS 10,00,000. 90% OF STUDENTS GET PLACED EVERY ACADEMIC YEAR I AM PLANNING TO START A STARTUP COMPANY.

NIT Warangal - The best place to learn everything.

Likes

Campus life, placement, friend who are there in these four years.

Dislikes

Mess food is worst in NIT Warangal specially mess like IFC A and IFC B

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester we are eligible for internship until 6 th semester we can try for internship in NIT Warangal, comming to placements we are eligible from 7th semester until end of 8th semester we can try for placements in our college. Almost all major companies visits our college like TATA , Reliance, Amazon, Flipkart etc. Getting placed is very easy in NIT Warangal if you are really interested on getting placed.
