The period of placement eligibility starts in the seventh semester for students at GITAM University Bengaluru. The Career Guidance Cell of the university holds recruitment drives that attract more than 200 companies each year. The recruiting companies at GITAM University Bengaluru consist of TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Microsoft, and Amazon. Placement Statistics: Highest Package: Rs32 LPA in 2022. Average Package: Rs 4.5 LPA. Eligible students at this institution obtain placements at a rate reaching 85%. Students are allowed to sit in placements from the 4th year. Considering me to be a electronics student ill just say about the core placements. There was 1 core company that came to hire last year, this year we still didnt get a core company. The avg. Package is somewhere around 3-4LPA and the highest package offered this year was 17 lakhs. I plan to get placed in a core company but im not sure i will through this on campus placements.

The placements offered for the college students are well about 30-40 companies have come till end of the 1st sem of my final year and we also have abroad help and we have masters in our college campus too

In 6th semester students become eligibile for csampus palcements. Name of the compainesz Google,Micro,Amazon,Infosys,HCL and more than 40 of offers are made. The highest poackage is 6000000 and lowest package is 400000. 50% of students geeting placements.

The course also has labs which help you learn the practical application of the things that being taught to you. To my pov everything arround here is good the teaching system also. If a faculty is absent or on leave there will be a substitute faculty for it and they will continue with the class work.

From 7th semester we are eligible for the placement drive. Few companies which always visits are - Accenture , Cognizant , TCS and capgemini and many other companies too. The highest package is around 20-30LPA and average package is around 4LPA in accenture , cognizant and tcs. Profiles offered are software developer , analyst etc 60% of students get placed in one year of span. My plans are placement or higher studies after the completion of my btech.

I took ECE AIML in ece AI is new and it is so interesting to learn the topic.They will provide some certain time for preparation for exams and exams are conducted so strictly no malpractice is encouraged in college.

Gitam University banglore aligned circulum and research focus drew me to the course offering a perfect blend of theory Circulum effectively prepares students to the real world applications The areas for improvements in the course curriculum and teachings methods really good in gitam University banglore but some faculty won't follow the rules of University according to them they will behave

Placements in Gitam are good compared to few other colleges in Vizag. Students with less CGPA or Less Skills compare to the top students are getting places in someother company and getting trained there and working.

Companies that visits college for placements vary depending on the college and the industry demand . Some common companies that visit colleges for placements include IT firms , consulting banks , and other corporate organizations. In our college, more companies are hiring for this year batch and we are happy for that .
