My Experience and Insights about Gitam(Vizag)

this year curriculum is not soo satisfying for most of the students due to the relative grading. and the makking scheme is also not so satisfying. This curriculum has less practical knowledge. Quiz exams and assignments are given on a fixed date.

We have many internship opportunities in gitam itself. There is CAS and VDC and many other laboratories that provide students internship of their choice. Gitam also provides external internship in the companies.

Placements in Gitam are good compared to few other colleges in Vizag. Students with less CGPA or Less Skills compare to the top students are getting places in someother company and getting trained there and working.

The year wise fee will be constant from the date of addmission till the date you graduate. It will increase 10% for every new batch. there are different scholarship schemes. through the entrance exam(GAT), JEE, MCET, Sibbling Scholarship, Alumni, Staff, or if your Family anual income is less.

Campus life in Gitam Vizag is very good. There are many clubs to join and increase your skills and knowledge in various domains. There will be many events and fests going on to fresh your ming from the stressful academic life.

This college assured 100% placements. I also havent applied to any other colleges. Because my brother graduated from this college so im getting Alumni scholarship of 10%. This colle is also very vast and give the students their freedom.

Most of the faculty members here are highly qualified who have done theri MS and PhD's in IIT,s and other well known universities.
