Faculty are very good, understands students perfectly and even guides you in your low phases of life
Total staff was very supportive and surroundings of college was very beautiful and neat
I consent to this course as i want to become a good doctor to save lives.

Dislikes

Cleaning process is not good and sweepers are very arrogant and rude
Students are stressed a lot during the examination time
No drinking water in the campus. U can't even question them.

Ayurvedic medicine is best

Likes

College class rooms are in need and windows clean
Our professors share us knowledge rather than bookish
Practical knowledge is given and not hurried to get it done fastly

Dislikes

Sometimes water facilities Will not be available
Sometimes washrooms are not cleaned to use
Sanitisation of wastes are not atall managed

New curriculum launched I don't know about new But our curriculum is best I think Sharira rachana Sharira karma Dravya guna Roga nidhana Charaka samhita Susruta samhita Astanga hridaya Agada tantra Shalya Shalakya .....etc will be dealt

Bams at dream city

Likes

Patient flow.teacher experienced. Practical knowledge
Campus is in the centre of the city so more patients came
Internship is better than most of the govt ayurvedic college

Dislikes

Campus is not too much big for enjoying college life
If you have language problem try to choose college in your state
Campus is cery old as the college is 100 yr old

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is affiliated to Dr Ntr university vijaywada so our curriculum and papers are getting on time and regular checkup by external teacher are also there. We get 2 semesters exam and 1 final exam in 1 professional year

Great education but Comfort lacking

Likes

High affordability and low cost education which can be compensated during internship
Educated and skilled faculty with nice prestige
Continuous renovations are going on since 2 years and still ongoing for better infrastructure

Dislikes

Very small campus with lack of playground and sports
No research ongoing in field of Ayurveda in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually, I was hoping for MBBS course but due to less marks I got BAMS seat in this college. After joining this course I am convinced that this course is right for me because of its great importance and practicality in real life. The experience about learning Ayurveda has been truthful. The curriculum has great knowledge and provides an practical experience to start the practice in real life at hospitals and various institutes. I believe that the curriculum has enough knowledge but needs to work more on its practical application and relativity with modern medical science in book as well as in teaching. Exams are held every once in one and a half years on university level but unit test are taken every 6 month.

Bachelor in Ayurvedic Surgery

Placement Experience:

Medical college has definitely a good job opportunity. After the successful completion of the final year exam, every student should undergo the 12 months of compulsory internship. The stipend ranges for Rs 4 to 5 K per month offered during the time of internship.

The University is the brainchild of Padmashree Dr. Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao a legendary figure and Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh this is the most fascinating fact about this college. this college will provide you a stage to discover and improve oneself.
