Scholarship
- I received a scholarship of around 3000 GBP based on my scores from my undergraduate. Almost everyone with more than 70 percent score from undergraduates can avail of this scholarship. My batchmates are offered different scholarships. There are students with Commonwealth scholarships in my class. Roughly about forty to fifty percent of my classmates are offered a scholarship.

- Reputed university
- More indians, so no big cultural shocks
- Friendly staffs, very helpful in doubts and other queries
Dislikes
- There are really no big disadvantages for me about my university, because it was a smooth ride for all of my courses.
- My side of disadvantages are not big of an issue, either it would be my distance to uni, which is again my own thing
Scholarship
-
I had received a scholarship, but is directly reduced from my college fees ( around 4 lacs), so basically if we have good scores in schools and college, it would apply directly.
-
Some of my batchmates received it, some didn't, so basically it all depends on our scores in our earlier academics
-
On average atleast 40% students will receive scholarship, as of my knowledge

1. Yes, I've received scholarship for my course. Scholarship was kind of Merit Scholarship as my aggregate for graduation was above 65%, the whole fee was about £21,500 but after it was £16,800.
2. Award amount was £4700.
3.Yeah most of people have one or other scholarship for sure but 20% people don't know and don't apply so they paid full fee because they missed one small information mostly people came from Punjab consultancies in Punjab state but from south most of the people utilised it.
4. 70% receive and typical award amount will be around £4000 to £6000

Overview
Leicester had good academics and was geographically situated well. It's kind of central so I can travel easily. I saw it was a top-ranked university. Also, there were only about four other options through my home universities study abroad program.
