Remarks
Transportation is a bit nasty. Public transport is low.places for hangout is very low. Lack of trees are major problem. There is no shady corner where students can spend their extra time. The security post pn front gate is too annoying
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is updating every four years. Exams held every 6 months according to semester & results are published fastly than other universities.other than old times it includes 6 modules per subject & 2 series tests to review student quality & internal marks
Placement Experience
Poor placement. Percentage of placement for full pass students are no more than 30%. College doesn't provide intership.students must find a way to do their intership because it depends on their activity points. Talking about stipend its a complete joke to all of us
College Events
Obviously onam christmas. Other than that valentine's day was celebrated. Techfest named vaibhav was held on even semester. Mechanical students event nameed mechtron is a true charm of the program. Union day arts etc are also held in this college
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible or rather low compared to other college. i studied for a low fee of 25k. Management seats cost upto 75k. Students who scores good marks on higher secondary are provided with free education.
Fees and Financial Aid
Scholarships are only for full pass students.i've seen students who got 50k scholarship & some students who studied well got full waived & tution became free for them. College office help us a lot to get student loan that too comes handy
Campus Life
Sports activities are going well comparing to other self financing engineering colleges but not competable to arts colleges. Labs are extremely perfect. machinaries are new & works well. i never seen this much facilitated labs ever.
Hostel Facilities
I never opted for hostel but it costs about 3k & bus service on weekends are absolutely free. Girls hostel are with in campus premises while boys hostel are little far from campus. They have free bus service to hostel
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni started only on this year n so until now we don't vet help from alumni but senior students are handy. They help us with money & job etc. They sometimes finace events held on college and i think they are supportive
Admission
Secured qualifying marks on lateral entry exams apply for allotment. Then take admission directly from office get through allotment list otherwise management seat will be given to student & don't bother to wait for allotment
Faculty
Average i must say, i can compare this to element carbon because there are some diamonds as well as some are pure graphite i must say. Experienced faculties are less and faculties change once every 6 months atleast
