Remarks

Positive is free-living inside campus no nonveg allowed and full top security provided and negative is students don't get justice from the administration, students should follow the rule implemented. Overall good campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

Good course curriculum, agriculture in Lpu is affiliated to the Indian council of agriculture research (ICAR). practical knowledge is given to students in their respective fields and good faculty are present in Lpu. The exam will be the same as all universities.

Placement Experience

Placements are good but the overall depends on the student how he presents the interview in front of the company. The internship can be chosen by students if they are interested in their field to take up internships.

College Events

The events will be happening in campus may movie promotion, DJ nights, seminars, coke studio acts Anyone take part in the event there is no rule to get involved in the events. Some events really take part in very large.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is purely based on your LPUNEST scoring, the more marks you score the more scholarship will be provided. The sports students if they are nationals then full free education will be provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

LPUNEST EXAM offers scholarship to the students and loan facility is also available in the university or the studenta can you take loan from his bank which he is holding pass book. The better option is to score or take good ranking in LPUNEST EXAM conducted by university.

Campus Life

Practical labs will be done. Sports are well equipped and indoor stadium is very large which includes swimming pool, volleyball court, basketball court, gym, badminton court,. NCC AND nss is also available in college.

Hostel Facilities

2/5.the hostel fee is costly and there is no maintenance by the university absolutely zero maintenance. The food cost is reasonable but the food some times provided us not tastey. But regular food will be provided.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

No at all helpful. The never involve with present students and never interact with juniors during their alumni meet organised by the university. And seniors they will be busy in there schedule so the junior can not reach their seniors.

Admission

First, write LPUNEST EXAM then based on the score you will be allotted. The scholarship will be based on how much marks you scored in the entrance exam. once you clear the exam admission can be done online or offline mode based on your choice.

Faculty

Good, the faculty not are the same. Some faculty are new to the teaching field so we can not blame them because they are not experienced, as the days passes they improve in there teaching. Some faculty are not up to the mark.

Life in PAU

Likes

Beautiful University, the landscape of the university is very stunning after rain it appears even more beautiful
Great infrastructure, old skool type buildings , big auditoriums, fully ac library.
Well reputed university, known all over the world for its achievements

Dislikes

Hostel conditions worst one never seen anything dirty like this
Girls hostel time upto 7 pm only in winters which should be near 9 pm, which is too early , they felt like a prison.

Placement Experience:

During last semester students become eligible for placements. Companies visited are Relaince, HDFC BANK, Swiggy, Godrej foods ltd. and many more. Avg package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum. students max dont go for placements they rather go for masters degree. My plans are to become an entrepreneur.

the theory and practical study is considered best as its comes under the best universities of asia . the academic system is inspired from the foreign studies system.
well the interaction with the faculty is good. As all the faculty treat us as their children. the college infrastructure is good.
well weekly advisory meeting are conducted which help in improving the overall academic performance and if we are feeling any problem we would share it with our advisor. As the class becomes yours family with the passage of time.

Dislikes

few faculty works just come to time pass as they don’t know the complete knowledge about the college courses timing, adding or droping date, not supporting the student academic wise.
proper examination rules and checking should be done to avoid further mistakes done by students
there should be proper parking facilities available. poor at maintenance of washrooms.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As we konw horticulture & forestry are the two fields which generates more income compare to other agriculture activities. As time to time workshops are conducted related to trending topics in the every university.( skill development, Cv prepration etcs. since i am also the 3rd year student well university provides/ feels different vibe when other people just speak achievements of your university. the improvement in curriculum should be done on the basis of requirements of students.

An honest review

Likes

my college building and campus area is very beatitiful and very large .
Our university library is also very big and useful for us and a museum is also in our university related to punjabi virsa .
university campus area is more than 1500 acre it has agricultural land in which Various crops are grown in field.

Dislikes

Our college classes are build in Old fashion there are no or very less hi-fi classes so no smart classes are there.
mess food of our university is also not too good
Hostels are also very old some are in very poor condition

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am a nature loving person so I choose this university PAU to do BSc agriculture as it is very growing sector curriculum is very nice and good so I suggest my friends to do this as well . the difficulty level of curriculum is a average or we can say more than average overall our course is too good

Likes

Equality among the students should be improved. And respect each the student.
Every staff members are good at joining after that we have to do everything. Here and there.
Some teachers are like professors and some are like assistant professors

Dislikes

Equality rights should be there for the student applications
1 day late for examination fee you have to pay fine nearly 2000/-
Security guards are very annoying and worst type of behaviour regarding the students

Placement Experience:

7 Sem the placement are start The highest package is 4.5 l to 5.5 l per annual salary 80 percent should be there to get best placement Keeping verified chai business and profits to my self and to prove myself

Faculty Behaviour is very good they interact with students and ask there queries
Hostel life is good as there is good wifi mess and other facilities according to the fee structure
There are lot of students those are getting admission in agricult Department due to university grade and accreditation in NAAC and ICAR

Dislikes

University management is not well if they can try there best they can boost up the university level

I choosed this university over other universities lpu is affordable and other private universities like vit,srm where i faced high competition and rigid seat allocation. LPU's REVIEW WITH HONESTY AND CREDIBILITY
