Positive remarks: Experienced faculty, Good hostel facility, Mess food is really good with non veg available every night, Negative remarks: Infrastructure of the college is not upto the mark as the college is old and can't compete with the new colleges.

The course is tough as there is constant changes occurring in the medical field every year and there is a lot to study qs the medical profession is lifetime learning process. Its a bit difficult but is manageable through constant regular studies.

Speaking about placements as this is a medical college there is no question about placements as they don't provide those like engineering colleges. They can join other hospitals or start a clinic of their own or pursue higher studies. Yes there is 1 year of internship.

There is a lot of events conducted in the college. Some of them are: Medical Convocation, Dental convocation, Sports, Zonals and interzonals, Karnataka rajyotsava, Ethnic day celebrations, Independence day celebrations.

The fee structure chenges yearly. As it is private medical college the fees will be expensive compared to other course colleges but it is relatively cheaper compared to other medical colleges. In 2017 my fees was 6 lakhs yearly tuition fees gor 4.5 years.

There are scholarships available according to the income of the student. There is state government scholarships yearly and central government scholarships available. There is even an ariyu loan facility available for students of karnataka that provides half of the yearly fees.

There is a lot of importance given for extracurricular activities. There is yearly sports where students and faculty are equally active. There is a football and cricket ground combined. A volleyball court, a basketball court and a kabadi ground present in the college. Even badminton is played in the college amphitheatre.

Yes i am from another state do i opted for a hostel. The hostel is really good. They have separate hostels for girls and boys. Separate junior and senior hostels and even nri hostels with more luxuries. They even have lots of workers who clean the rooms daily

The seniors are really helpful in helping you through the tough and hectic course of mbbs. They are really helpful especially in the first year where you don't know much about how to study and how to prepare for the exams.

I got the mbbs seat in my college through Neet entrance exam held in 2017. Then i applied for KEA admission held in bangalore for seat in karnataka for the allotment, i got the seat in the 3rd allotment.

The college started in 1984 and thats a very long period compared to other medical colleges in India. So the faculty is also very experienced and knows the students well as this is a very old and established college.
