India is having only one institute awarding masters degree perticularly in Art conservation as per best of my knowledge. And they people are maintaining the name of their esteemed is institute throughout years is something unique.

Course Curriculum is really designed carefully for Art Conservation. Also, it is common for students of all the three departments- Art History, Conservation, Museology during their first semester in order to enhance their knowledge. Exams are conducted at the end of semester. Course is having four semesters. Also, along with end sem examination papers, students also required to submit two seminar and one desertation in total.

Yes, you can get job of Art Conservator right after receiving degree from the institute in Government as well as private sector. Yes, the jobs are lesser in Government sector because it's not that much celebrated field here in India till date. And college do not provide internship.

As it comes under Ministry of culture, Government of India- All the festivals are celebrated here with much pomp and glory. Along with that, programs like Hindi Pakhvada as per the Government recommandation are also celebated and winners gets price money for the same. Also, they have special function and cultural activities on their foundation day.

Not it is not at all expensive. Because it comes under Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Registration fees is 500. Safety Depot is 2000 which will be returned to you right after completion of study. And tution fee for 1st semester is 10000 and it will remain same for the second semester, too.

First two students in the merit list will get good amount of scholarship of about 18000 per semester in each department. Also, there are provisions regarding scholarship for students having other than the general category.

Labs here are high-tech and having all the necessary equipments required for performing different kind of conservation. And required equipments are also easily available for students any time during college hours.

Hostel accommodation is not available in the campus here at Janpath, New Delhi. But, it will be there at institute's new campus in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. As we are still not shifted to the new campus, there is no idea about infrastructure and facilities.

Yes, they will help us with the practical conservation as the firat year is mostly based on theoretical aspects and the second year contains practical stuff. So, alumni as well as senior plays important role in it.

There was a personal interview followed by written test of one hour. It has arranged at only one centre at the campus of National Museum Institute only in Delhi. And then result announced by mail as well as by posting letter.

Faculty here are highly educated and having high experience in their respective fields. Also, along with permanent faculty; external faculties are also came to deliver special lectures. English is the commonly used language during lectures and it is easy to understand.
