Good college with averge placement record .

As a CSE student this course is very good but in my university there is no time to complete the syllabus fully and assessment tests are done in 3 days (2 exams per/day) which is a burden. The teaching method is okey because they have advanced technologies to teach.

Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

In the 1st semester we need to pay rs.24000 (for first graduate and 30000 for others) from the 2nd semester to final semester we need to pay Rs.9500(for first graduate and 15000 for others) there is only counseling couta no management seats. There is some community scholarships available in this university.

In my depatment only two festivels held one is symposium and other one is farewell party. The college has free Wi-Fi which works fine most of the time, and there are two libraries with good amount of books and materials. Classrooms and labs are okay but honestly they feel a bit outdated and could be improved. There is basic medical facility available and some sports grounds/courts are there, but nothing too special, just for time pass.

In my 2nd year hostel there are 8 peoples lived in one room faculties didn't care about the allotment . The meal in the hostel is okey but not very well . Registration part is one of the toughest part in hostel because we need to pay hostel fee through the bank in our college the distance btw. Hostel and bank is around 1.5 km qhich is very far.

I applied to a few engineering colleges through TNEA counselling and get this colleges. I chose BIT Campus because it is a constituent campus of Anna University, offers quality education at an affordable fee, and has good academic facilities.I could not get admission to some top colleges because my cutoff was slightly below(186) their closing cutoff for my preferred branch. Admission to BIT Campus is through TNEA counselling based on Class 12 marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. The counselling and admission process was simple, transparent, and well organized.

Faculty members are actually good, they are well qualified and they help if we ask doubts. They are friendly also most of the time. The syllabus is somewhat useful but not fully enough for industry level, so we need to do extra courses or certifications on our own. Semester exams are not very hard, if we study a bit regularly we can pass easily. Pass percentage is around 70% usually.

There is only one cafe availble in my campus it always look crowdy . Some Foods in the cafe is below average and gym has only few basic equipments Hostel rooms are simple, not very great but manageable. The food in mess and canteen is just average, sometimes good sometimes not really.
