Review of college

My course is ECE. THe curriculum and syllabus is good. But the order varies . Core papers are tough to understand. The curriculum preparation is good that includes all the necessary needs for the students knowledge. the teaching methods and time can be increased. the frequency of the exams are ok.

The internship opportunitties are based on the year of the student. Even 2nd years go into internships. 3rd and the final year students get more intern opportunities. FOr the students with the intern all facilities are provide for the smooth intern experience.

Many staffs work on the placement. Hence the placement is average . They provide interships and consider it as placement. Hence take a person with intern offer from the database. But only few finally get the employement offer and offers left unemployed.

I am an 3rd year ECE student, residing in the hostel. The yearly hostel fees is 95000. This fees varies according to the room allotment. It ranges till 1,50,000 (For 2 or 3 sharing). THe maximum sharing is 4 in my room adnvaries with the size of the room. In completeion of a year they provide facilities to change room if need and if vacant. As I am a councelling student my total yearly fees varies within 1,00,000. Yearly college fees for councelling students in based on mark varies within 1,00,000. The special fee comes under this 1,00,000. For the completion of the course the tottal college fee is 4,00,000 for me. This fees structure varies from person to person. For my frieds the fee structure is different based on the cut off . The fee of management srtudents is high compared with others. the fees include donation and special. Some pay nearly to 2,00,000.

As the main motive of the college is placement, there is only less college events. The dont provide much focus of students in the personal wishes . The sports and the club activities are encouraged only when that it gives publicity to the college.

Hostel facilities are good. THe food is average . The campus is clean. Menu can be chaged on request from students. Have a good hostel life. the lif ein hostel is healthy as they clean floors regularly. All can be independent and hygiene.

THis college was been choosed on seeing the you tube channel . The person personally increased the weight of the college. My mom choose this by his influence. He said about the placements. Further many people joined in the basis of same my thought. As coimbatire is located near to my hometown , this is another reason. THis college is located at the end of coimbatore on reaching to pollachi. THis is literally one of the most disappointing. It hardly taks o long to reach. Then there very less cost effective facility to reach the college. The frequency of the buses to college is very less and vice versa.

There is a mixture of faculties in college. The faculty behaviour with students is based on the character. Some teachers are harsh always and some are soft. Some are best in helping in achieving and placement. The exam structure is, totally 8 semesters. single sem is of 4 months . There is a internal test at every month and practical exam before the semester theory exams. There will only be a very less time for the preparation. provides with the library, teachers provide notes.

No , as I am an councelling student, I did not face any interviews and written tests for the admission. The interviews may be for management students based on their high school score or cut offs. The interviews are based on the basic knowledge of 12th syllabus.

Girls have personal gym in the hostel . Boys have separate gym. The libraries can be accessed. THe girls have restriction to be in college after 5. The hostel campus is healty. the hangouts start only in 2nd year.
