Trichy Engineering College was established in the year 1998 by Annai Santhiya Educational Health & Charitable Trust. It is an AICTE accredited private college affiliated to Anna University, Chennai. I was applied b.e computerscience and engineering in woraiyur branch (trichy engineering college) .which was known by my relatives and very famous person (periyavar) run the college especially for the people who are not able to pay the fee which is quit high .. so i have choosen this course in that college for a reason... Without any delay i have joined my course ..with partial payment. Easy admission process. Quit and lovely atmosphere . Hostel facility available near the college.

I choose Electrical and Electronics Engineering by Government Counselling and this department available in this college. Application fees and admission fees are low compared to other surrounding colleges that's why I choose this college. I attended the entrance exam after counseling and my hostel fees were reduced after that entrance exam.

The duration of the course is four years divided into eight semesters which is focused on the study related to engineering tools & applications in computer science. Subjects of study include engineering chemistry & graphics, technical English, database management systems, computer architecture, software engineering, theory of computation, security in computing, parallel programming etc.
