Admission to this institute is solely based on the results obtained/merit lists prepared in particular exams for particular courses and previously qualified exams. Admission to B.E./B.Tech. takes place on merit-basis (TNEA Ranking) and admission to ME, MBA, and MCA takes place on entrance-based. The admission of students to all the programmes offered is done through a single-window Admission system.
All the admission processes for all courses are online but offline mode is optionally available for BE/B.Tech. course. Application process of BE/B.Tech. is indicated below.
Application Procedure:
- Candidates should register and apply online on the official website at https://www.erode-sengunthar.ac.in/.
- Then fill all the details on the application form.
- verification date of the original certificates along with time and venue (TFC name) will be intimated later by Anna University.
- Candidates can also give their preference of TFC for their Certificates Verification. If in case a particular TFC is overloaded then the nearest TFC will be allotted.
- After that candidate has to report to the TNEA Facilitation Centre for original certificates verification along with the signed copy of the registered application photo affixed to it on the e-call letter.
- Certificates will be checked and college preference will be fulfilled.
- Pay the fees to get admitted in the opted college.

- Our course syllabus was recently updated. There is not much industrial exposure, maybe 2 or 3. The faculties are really good and they do their job well, caring for each students goal. Their way of teaching is awesome, making it easy for students to understand.
- It was an overall very good experience for me. There is no internship available within the college.
Dislikes
- Overall, I can say that the placement and job opportunities in our college have been poor throughout my career.
- Very poor hostel facilities; its a shared room for four people. I have never tasted hostel food as bad as this in my life. It is the worst, yet they charge a high price for both the food and rent.

The eligibility for the course is to pass the 12th board exam with 1st class and up to 170 cutoff is more than enough for this course. The application form can be downloaded through the college website or else you can visit the college directly and collect the application form. I didn't avail of any reservation benefits. Faculties should guide the newcomers in filling the application form in case of any difficulties.

The eligibility for this course is to get more than 500 marks.we can find admission form in online also. Reservation is need for prebook for the seat. So we can get one seat for that course. No I don't want any improvement for admission.

Course-level learning objectives that articulate what students should be able to do by the end of the course. we were provided industrial exposure but not much. In the first places, I should say about faculties.They seriously do a lot to upgrade the student's level. They make way for students to gain knowledge about the course as much as they can. They also teach what are the new technology that is emerging. Yes by all means.
