ESEC M.Tech Chemical Engineering Fees
The total fee for the M.Tech Chemical Engineering programme at ESEC is approximately Rs. 1,00,000 for the entire 2-year course (4 semesters). As per the Tamil Nadu State Fee Regulatory Committee order, the maximum permissible fee for ME/M.Tech courses is Rs. 30,000 per semester for accredited courses and Rs. 25,000 per semester for non-accredited courses. The fee at ESEC for M.Tech Chemical Engineering is reported at Rs. 50,000 per year (Rs. 25,000 per semester), totalling Rs. 1,00,000 for the full programme. Hostel charges are separate and optional.

- A one-time refundable caution deposit of up to Rs. 5,000 may be collected at the time of admission, to be refunded when the student leaves the institution.
- A development fee of up to Rs. 5,000 per student may be collected in addition to the above fees, as permitted by the State Fee Regulatory Committee.
- Hostel and transport charges are not included in the above fee and are charged separately.
- The fee structure is as per the Tamil Nadu State Fee Regulatory Committee order and is subject to revision.
- No capitation fee or any other fee beyond the above is permitted to be collected.
