Remarks

The first NAAC accredited self financing college in malappuram district. An iso 2000 certified institution. Eco friendly campus have a 700 kilo watt solar plant. College is excellent not be only be in academics but also in extra curricular activities.

The college is affiliated to APJ ABDUL KALAM TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY or KERALA TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY. The syllabus is based on this University and exams are conducted by the University also valuations done by the University

I wrote both KEEM and JEE entrance exams after plus two,I qualified in KEEM.the i send my mark list to the enttrance exam board for publishing mark list.after the publication of mark list apply for the colleges you like bu preference,and whwn the allotment comes i got selection on MEA ENGINEERING COLLEGE, PERINTHALMANNA. Then go to the college along with your plus two and 10th mark list and admit to the college pay the fee

There are around 200+ faculties, every one are well educated and friendly.they help students to reach higher positions.theg are student friendly. They are here with lots of experience and ideas.they mould the students

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.

MEA engineering college review

I choose this college because it near by my house and I always wanted go there . I applied for mea engineering college and computer science and I got the same college but different stream that is IT. Which is also good. They rejected because first I got a college in Kollam and rejected because it too far. And next allotment I got my second priority college. The admissions process actually nice. Not tireding first I apply for management seat then I got merit Quota.
