Teachers where too friendly and well skilled

Course Curriculum Overview

I like computer and ai very much,so decided to pick this course.the new curriculum is average included many unwanted this.they need to improve to many new technology things.but exam time and frequency maintained very well

In my college ther no many wide companies giving internship but some of the companies giving a chance to students to improve their skills and job opportunities. internship available in the summer break after the semester exam

Placement Experience

Actually the place is below average, because the maximum lakh per annum is 3.5,that is too low when we compared to government colleges,but when we compare to other private colleges it is quite good as others

Campus Life

The collage ambiance is quite good ,but the collage is very strict and they only focusing on studies only but not a programs,but they included program like tech fest,mechism, freshers day,milen etc...collage have clubs like IEEE,IEDC,AIDEN,NSS etcc

Hostel Facilities

In hostel there are two wardens, deputy warden and many teachers,many students from different batches.one warden is very friendly and another is very rude.teachers were friendly.meal quality is very good.to go outside we need to get permission and write name in register.PG is nice,but the food is our nightmare

Admission

The choose this collage because I love ai very much.this collage have that course with computer science engineering,and my cousin studied here and recommended it.The other collage with this course is tkm Thrissur,but for merit seat I don't have that much rank on keam

Faculty

The facility where very friendly and well experienced facilities,they just making every students to pass by doing their maximum efforts.sadiq ali sir is my fav facility because he is my maths sir and I like maths very well,and sajna miss my least favourite teacher because she is very rude to me.there are 2 serious tests and a main exam included in it.series were very easy ,75% students passed ,our main exam is held in December last,so I don't know about it

Night Life

I am in hostel and I am a first year student,there have many limites first year students like they can't go out in night,so the night life is bad at all,so we hangout your rooms.the hostel have gym, library, cafeteria etcc....the food ok compares to other collages

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Placement Experience:

The placements here are quite good, but not great. Because only 50% of students in a class are getting placed. From S7 onwards the placements have been started for our department. But for other departments, from S8 only companies have arrived. For CSE department, many companies are coming which include Cognizant, SOTI, Mitsogo, EY, 6D Technologies, etc. Our senior batch students have placed at many companies in this. But comparing with other senior batches, the placements at our batch is really bad.

MEA engineering college review

I choose this college because it near by my house and I always wanted go there . I applied for mea engineering college and computer science and I got the same college but different stream that is IT. Which is also good. They rejected because first I got a college in Kollam and rejected because it too far. And next allotment I got my second priority college. The admissions process actually nice. Not tireding first I apply for management seat then I got merit Quota. For management quota you have to qualify lean exam and for merit quota you should get the allotment and lean procedures....Read More
