Course Curriculum Overview

4

The curriculum of the course is good but some of the subjects need to be changed or avoided for good learning, curriculum prepares me for good real world applications, my suggestion is to make students learn those things only which are needed for the career and unnecessary courses are not needed, the frequency of exams is good and difficulty is moderate

Placement Experience

3

Students are eligible for placements from the 6th semester and companies like virtusa, cognizant, hcl, zentree, infosys etc visited the campus and few offers were made, there's no highest package till now, the average package would be like 3LPA and many of the roles SDE. Only few students placed till now I didn't planned anything for now after getting my degree

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly college fee is 105000, and 5000 rupees should be paid via cash in the name of JNTU fees, they take record books fee like 200 for 1 book. Every year this will be the procedure, and for the fee reimbursement people, students get 35000 rupees as reimbursement and some SC/ST students who have full reimbursement, they don't pay anything

Campus Life

4

Ecstasy, euphony and Sarang are the annual fests held every year they're typically held in January - april months The books are pretty much available in library Sports are good but the equipment should be increased more Students run the club's they impact the students life by improving their communication and interpersonal skills

Admission

I've applied for malla reddy,Iare, vnr and griet, and I've got malla Reddy and my college so I didn't choose malla Reddy because the campus was not at all good and it was a third campus of their college, so I've choosed my college because it was better than the other. I got rejection from other colleges I've applied because, my reservation was not more, many caste reservation people took over those seats. And that went wrong Admission process is simple, either you get a good score in the EAMCET entrence exam or JEE mains as a B catogery seat, if none are there then you can opt for donation based admission, so many students preferred EAMCET exam and the cutoff would be nearly 40,000 for a computer science program and it's allied branches for a general category student

Faculty

4

Faculty student relationship is good and they're easily approachable, I personally like jayaram Sir who's left the college right now due to some inconveniences, and there are 2 mid exams for theory and lab and 1 sem exam and for theory and lab subjects, it is easy to clear the exams but some students fail because they don't even learn the subject up to the mark, some of the engineering subjects are relevant and some aren't

Night Life

3

Sorry but we can't experience the night life in the college, only people who opt for college hostel can experience the night life, typically gym and ground are accessible for them and they'll be closed by around 7pm. There are no places to hangout at night, the college is in a forest and fields and it may be risky

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum of our college runs under the guidance of JNTU where all the fundamentals such as DSA ,program, data base and CN also core math are given in this college divides the conceptual, lessons in 5 units .for each unit we have submit assignment unit test and also an ALP which is concentrated on learning ,mechanisam which help student revise the concept in class itself. In terms of real world the curriculum builds the theoritical, knowledge but somewhat limited exposure where students should have get internships for an industry level experience or else atleast a entry level jobs help the students to learn as well.Area of improvement include more hands- on project works and more interactive teaching methods Like case studies and problem ,based, learning. Exams are regularly for 2 mid term for semester and one end semester exam.the difficulty level is moderate and manageable with consistent and study and focusing more on understanding concepts rather than rote learning

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is not upto the mark because the number of students being placed is decreasing every year. The students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester of the college. Many companies have visited the college for the placement drives but they have very less recruitments compared to the other colleges. The highest package of my college is around 8lpa whereas the average package is around 3.5lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is even less than 10% which I think is very poor and something needs to be done for this. I'm planning to get a job off campus if I don't get recruited on the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.
