Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is exactly relevant to the stream data science which i have chosen . I have researched before choosing that branch and it fascinated me to learn and finish my degree in that branch the teaching methods , the syllabus and the faculty are exactly well aligned with the subjects of data science and also teach practically with the help of labs every semester
Internships Opportunities
The internship and job opportunities drives are Infosys, hcl , cognizant , jman group, virtusa and etc And stipend is like per annum package starting from 3 to 6 lpa and drives are still going on currently and the roles are software developer and system engineer etc
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester itself students are eligible for placement drives if they pay for the placement training classes , internship drives start from 5th semester and training classes go on for students every week , from 7th semester drives on different job roles start and the placed percentage of students right now is about 30 to 40 percent and drives are still going on but correct training and correct opportunities more needs to be provided
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly college fees for btech is 100000 and the records for labs fees is 600 to 800 scholarship is applied for caste specified students such as BC or SC and ST upto 35000 reimbursement or full reimbursement and exam fees per semester is 1800
Campus Life
The events do go on around the year and the main events are hackathons and annual day and dj nights along with few technical fests and Esummits . But the club involvement is only done by few exclusive club members with my experience our department or class didn't get much recognition or involvement to join in clubs and i feel like it could have been better and a lot of clubs can be introduced newly and the campus life all over is good . There are different sports events also conducted for girls and boys and also inter college competitions
Admission
I really liked the college infrastructure and the facilities of library and the placements as well , this college was actually one of my topc choices to choose for my btech and the admission experience was really smooth and good the cutoff was less than 20,000 rank for general candidates
Faculty
The relationship between students and faculty are well maintained. Definitely faculty members are well qualified and support well in all aspects . The course curriculum is according to the jntuh syllabus and well structured for the department wise categories and faculty are approachable and helpful for any type of situation. There are 5 theory subjects per semester and 3 to 4 labs per semester the pass percentage is medium to high
Night Life
According to what i have heard from my college hostel friends you are not allowed to roam without permission and the in time must be 6pm and the timings are strictly maintained but college hostel has a great infrastructure and huge ground and huge mess and canteen so students can hangout there and also have badminton courts
