Course Curriculum Overview
I will rate my curriculum 4 out of 5 as a NEP batch student we were introduced to Trending courses like AI Cybersecurity, etc but the most important thing is hands on experience or the practical work is more beneficial
Internships Opportunities
Infoblox, EY, Indusland bank, etc were major companies which provided internship as well as full time job opportunities. My Final year project was a healthcare web app which makes hospital visit hustle easier with few clicks
Fees and Financial Aid
316000 75000 Same for everyone only 10 thousand extra from non Karnataka students Management scholarship for economic assistance, Excellence scholarship, sports scholarship, NCC scholarship and NSS Scholarship
Campus Life
The annual fest are Pratibha which use to held in September and Visages is held in February and technical fest Syntaxia which is held in February The library is best part of my college life vast range of books and Journals are available Each and every class have Smart board with project for practical demonstration Best sports exposure there is one building called MAGIS Block is for sports and extracurricular activities State and national level sports events are conducted in university ground. There are several social and activities clubs are there NSS, E cell for business and commerce students, Cybernetics for technical students and etc which helps in personality development and leadership skills
Admission
I applied in very few college I also applied in Kristu Jayanti college and DU colleges for Same course and got selected in Kristu Jayanti but DU admission was not yet started so I got admission in St Joseph's University The process is very simple there is an entrance test and a personal interview to get admission in St Joseph's University cutoffs are 70 to 75 percent
Faculty
The relationship between students and faculty is very good I'm telling on my personal experience they want u fall first and learn from and they are always there to back you Mr Prem Sagar my Professor during the BCA Degree he gave equall exposure to everyone he backed us to participate in Inter college fests. 6 semesters exams are there and every semester consists of one mid semester each which plays crucial role in end semester exams or good it depends on your preparation how u have prepared yourself. It very relevant to the curriculum
Night Life
Well maintained gym is also available which I used to go Two cafetarias are there a small one for snacks and the bigger one for all kind of meals I use to hangout with my friends in college canteen Hostel is also well maintained and clean as my friend told The college is in central bengaluru so it is very best and safe place to roam around with every necessities available
