Remarks

The faculty of this college very good and good canteen which provides healthy food. this is my positive remark. and the negative point is the placement of this college is very poor for civil and mechanical branch.

I am from mechanical engineering. this is very interesting course. I studied about the different type of machines that's really very interesting. In this subject calculation is also very interesting.

Placement Experience

The placement of computer science and it branch is very good but the placement of mechanical branch is very poor and other branches also good. Yes this college provide internship. in the computer science and it branch student provide by the internship.

In this college the events are celebrated every year. when the 1yr student are coming then the events organise and in this event 1st year and 2nd year student are taking part. other events are not provided by college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee of the 1st year student are probably 1lakh 40 thousand.the fee of the 2nd year student are probably 1lakh 30 thousands and 3rd year student are probably 1 lakh 20 thousand and 4 the year student are probably 1 lakh 15 thousand.

The scholarship of the students are coming but some general category student have not come the scholarship. The scholarship of the below the general student have come 100%. and the fee waiver student are give any fee.

The labs of the college is good.there are many labs present in this college. in the labs there are many machine are also present. there are also a play ground is presented where the students are play in the ground. there are many activities in this college.

Hostel Facilities

I am not living in the hostel but the fee of hostel is 1 lakh 10 thousand for Singh room.the facilities are good in the hostel. they provide good foods in the morning and evening. mess is also present in this college.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

The senior student are very good behave they are very helpful for us.they always give a right direction. The WiFi networks are always available in the college.the alumni network are also prepared in this college.

Admission

I got the admission in this university by entrance exam.after few days result coming and get the rank.my rank is 7591 in result. then counseling process is started and in the counselling I choose this college in mechanical branch and I got this college.then report the college in the given date.I report the college in given date and get admission in this college and fill all the documents that are required.

My overall Journey

Likes

Everything was good except placements.
Campus was so engaging , has a beautiful campus , one can get to learn a lot .
Faculties was from either IIT's or NIT's with good humor and knowledge.

Dislikes

Student has to suffer a lot during placements for students who are from Biotechnology .
No one takes responsibility , if a student is unplaced.

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become elligible for campus placements.From top companies like google , microsoft to new startups like Raspa , Protium all companes visits , Highest package was 96 LPA , 40% students get placed , rest suffers , if one is from core branch then they get chances for PSUs and other organization.

Good Faculty : Faculty are supportive to your carrer growth they will provide guidance whenever you needed...
Campus Facilities: Infrastruture,labs everything is up to date accoding to the current need of the present.
Curriculum: Up to date industry oriented syllabus .

Dislikes

Strict Rules: rules are somewhere more stricter for college id,entering and exiting time .
Crowded classes: some classes are crowded sometimes
placement competition many students participating in the placements.

Placement Experience:

At NIET Greater Noida students becomes eligible for sitting in the placements from the 7th sem, with placement preparation starting earlier . Companies from IT sectors and others are visiting college. In my batch time the company that comes are JP Morgan & Chase , Razorpay, Juspay, TCS, Cognizant etc.

In my college placement is good and increasing every year as I have heard from s masters senior in past 4 days 1000 students have been placed and placements are still going on and there is a dedicated placement cell in our college and also skilled students can get upto 40-60LPA and average is 6-7 LPA and my plans after degree is to go for masters as I have intrest in MTECH too and 60-70% gets placement and it's still increasing and companies visit such as wipro hcl LG delloite etc

I liked the faculty here, they are well qualified and experienced
The way the faculty is trying hard with the students is very good.
Students are good here too they are cooperative with each other.

Dislikes

Library doesn't open after college hours.
Less events organised here in comparison of other engineering colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because i did diploma in computer science engineering so after that i chose to do BTech in cse for better opportunities. Here I am really learning some computer languages by which I am making some projects. Exams timing is they held in evey 5-6 months.and this is a decent time to prepare for the semester exams.

I like the Teacher behavior and attitudes
I like the Sports curriculum , they conduct sports event monthly
I like the admin office, because it always neat and clean

If you are BTech CSE student , you dont need to worry more because they invite good number of companies to take placement , but you need that particular skills to get placed. Almost 40 to 50% student got placement for an average of 4.5 LPA

The students are eligible for placements in the final year. The college offers basic placement training and assistance. Some local and local-level comanies even visit for campus recruitment with average offers. Average package: 2-4 LPA, highest around 9-10 LPA 60-90 percent students get placed. My plan is to develop my skills and attain a good job or go for higher studies after degree.

Professer behavior is very cool and good
Classes is conducted in normal class in which some classes have A.C while some not
Campus area is so big in which staff parking and student parking is separtely available

Dislikes

College time is bad . It is same as school timing
Student must maintain 75% attendence to avoid detention in CIA
It does not give a proper break after semester exam

Placement Experience:

The placement is average as same as other college . It provide 6-12 LPA package for who have skills as market required The placement criteria for student is above 8 CGP and no backlogs in all semester My plans after getting the degree is to join a good company for a good life The percentage of getting placements is above 80%

1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I chose this college as in previous times it was doing quite good in placements and but now most of the students are unplaced. Other colleges I've applied to are JSS noida, Galgotias etc are these colleges got a better placement ratio that my college. But campus of other campus are smaller compared to AKGEC. so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More
