Likes

One of the most trusted college in engineering field. Well known institute ad it is also an institute of national importance.
Placement facilities is good,,many renowned corporations come and place students
Environment is good as it is near the sangam area and river could be seen from the college thus giving nice experience.

Dislikes

Hostel rooms were conjusted and a few times the electricity was not available.
College location is away from important market places.
College gym is very basic and have outdated equipments.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum of chemical engineering was updated according to the industrial stay Dard of the world. All key aspects of the stream were taught with in-depth insights. Library has may relevant books and access to scientific journals.

Placement Experience

Our college had an excellent placement and training cell which invites top industry players and employers to the college. Average placement is currently around 20 lakhs. College also offers employment to bright students into the faculty after completed g required degrees and clearing exams related.

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual Tuition fee- 1.65 lakh Mess fees- 26000 Hostel fees - 30000 Registration fees- 2500 The institute provides scholarships based on all India rank, top rank students get scholarships throughout the course based on their performance in semesters.

Campus Life

My overall experience was good. College provided necessary academic growth. Extra curricular activities were also a big part of my journey there. College has different annuals festivals for tech and cultural programs.

Hostel Facilities

NIT Allahabad provided Hostels to students who ported for it. Majority of Hostels of NIT Allahabad are uptodate with latest standards and technology like WiFi and automated parking. Hostels also have volleyballl and Badminton grounds.

Hostel Fee: INR 500000 per year

Admission

I got this college based on my all India rank. According to my rank I had 3 option in chemical engineering - NIT TRICHY, NIT SURATHKAL, and NIT WARANGAL. I preferred this college because of proximity to my hometown.

Faculty

Faculty was good having extensive experience in their domain. Faulty to student ration is around 50. Most of the faculties whom I ever got to meet and been taught were masters of their knowledge fields.

Night Life

Nightlife is not the main facility that this college provides. For boys the hostel were open from 4:00 AM to 11 PM. For girls hostels were open from 4 AM to 8PM. Many food vendors and snacks shop are there having good quality food and beverages.

i rate my DRONACHARYA GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS, 6/10 for course relevance and good nature of teachers but the overall college experience was very average since there is no real college life, no hostel, no network in classes, it's just like school. If you want academic focused college which I would not recommend, you can come to this college

My Honest Experience at ITS Engineering College

Course Curriculum Overview:

First of all i don't know the curriculum before I joined this college but after entering I got to know that all aktu college have same worst curriculum. College students are only forced to focus on exams ,no real world problems ,no practical knowledge and some cases professors are only preparing students for gate neither for jobs and placement For the Computer science branches need way more improvement because they have 0 coding culture and students are still dumb upto 3rd year and 4th year Difficulty level of exams is moderate but simultaneously occuring of multiple exams in a year is worst thing I see in this college .

Placement Experience:

Student generally become aligible for campus drives from the 7th semester or 5th semester. To sit for the best companies you usually need no active backlogs and a minimum CGPA of 7.0 or above.Some top-tier companies strictly ask for 80% throughout.SRMU sees a mix of MASS RECRUITERS AND CORE companies like AMAZON, IBM, TCS, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, ADANI GROUP, HCL AND COGNIZANT are regulars. We also see companies like SAP AND TATA STEEL for specific roles. Here AVARAGE PACKAGE is around 4.5 LPA TO 5 LPA and HIGHEST PACKAGE 30 LPA. Percentage for getting placement is 80% to 90%.My plans after getting degree is to secure a placment in a CMM level 5 company like TCS or ACCENTURE through a company drive to get that initial brand name on my resume.

after 8th semesters , students become eligible for campus placements...many small companies visit here for placements and some big companies too like BYJUs and others.. Highest package is 12 Lacs per annum and lowest 1.5 lacs per annum Average package is around 5 lacs per annum. Percentage of students getting placed is around 50% from campus placements ... Many students prepare for competitive exams after course completion like GATE , UPSC ESE and CSE , RRB JE , AE JE , STATE AE JE SSC JE etc .

MNNIT- A path to Bright Future

One of the important reasons for choosing this college is because of its unique and brilliant placement records. and also it is one of the best NIT in North. Basically I want a college that is not much distant from my state Haryana and should be good also and this alligns perfectly with my scenarios. Talking about the admission process, first you have to clear JEE Mains with a good rank like for CSE your rank be between 1K to 9K . If you want to take admission in this college irrespective of any branch you rank should be under 30K. But this data is not fixed , it changes every year depending on the difficulty level of JEE Mains. and then apply for the JOSSA councelling and there you can keep this college in your choice an dif your rank is good enough, you will get it. Know about MNNIT Allahabad/ NIT Allahabad

With my jee mains rank which was 5000 and along with ews I had two options to choose from... One was NIT Trichy with ece branch and one was NIT Allahabad or MNNIT Allahabad with cse branch. But I have hard that ECE branch is tough in terms of academic as compared to CSE branch.. and also NIT Allahabad was very much mear to my home state that is Bihar. So I considered NIT Allahabad over NIT Trichy. Package was also I reason that I considered while choosing between these two. Admission process is not that much tough it's just one day process.. first you have to upload your documents online and the you have to visit the college on the provided date for physcial verification along with the asked documents....Read More
