360 Degree Review Of DTU

I gave JEE mains and Advanced and qualified both. I applied to IITs and NITs, IIIT Delhi,DTU and NSUT. After all the filtering I was left with mid NITs, New IITs, IIITd DTU and NSUT. I wasnt getting CSE in NIT and IIT so I didnt prefer them. I was confirmed for IT in NSUT and CSAI in IIIT D and IT in DTU. But IIITD is a very expensive college so I didnt choose it. I initially thought of taking a 2 tier DU college as I was getting admission in Mata Sundari and others but I decided to hang on and go for the best private option in Delhi. why i chose this college over other college particularly ove nsut : because i heard lot about dtu culutre its great fest and mainly because i knew from freinds and all tehat nsut can get quite hectic and i didnt want that all i was very tired with jee so wanna just chill and relax for a bit so yeah thats why i chose dtu and honestly i dont regret it all . i was confirmed in nsut my admission but yeah choose dtu in the end in jac counselling . and what went wrong was mainly jee advance couldnt clear so no iit delhi and rest were lot far from delhi so parents were not very happy from the location of other nit and state colleges so they choose dtu delhi. admission process is i mean same as nsut ,fill jac and do what you gotta do fill the choice list and do your thing , exams accepted are jee mains cuet for some courses , most preferred by students is easily jee mains , cutoff for general is around 95% ile for lower and for tech branches 98%ile should be good...Read More

I choose this college because of my feasibility this college was the best near my hometown with 29th rank in the engineering category and this college has a good reputation in North india.yes I got rejection in other colleges because of my rank i applied for nit-allahabad.the addmission process is easy you just need to fill councelling with more than 60% in boards.you get a seat pay the seat acceptance fee and come for physical verification and you have to be jee qualified and the counselling works on JEE rank for engineering....Read More

The main reason for choosing this college was its brand value and placement opportunities. It has a great alumni network and legacy. i first took admission in hbtu kanpur in mechanical engineering before i got admission into this college. But my clear focus was to get admission in dtu. As soon as i got admission in dtu , i pulled out my name out the college and withdrawn my money back. The admission process of this college is : first a fall the candidate has to clear the jee mains exam with a good rank which is probably under 60K. Then the candidate has to fill the Jac counselling form and wait for the seat allotment results . 85% of the seats of this college are reserved for the candidates who are from delhi or have a domicile of delhi or have done their class 12 from delhi. So the maximum of the students here are from the delhi region. Even the candidates here are mostly from delhi, the cutoff for the delhi students in dtu goes really high especially for branches like cs, it ece, etc. If you want top branches in this college, you need to have a rank under 30000 in jee mains. once you get admission in thsi college, you need to come to the college to verify the documents and your seat is booked...Read More
