Remarks

VIt is a good college but the management is very rude and there are lots of rules and regulations which are followed so you don't have a much of college life in terms of fun going out and it is situated in vellore which is also not a city. There are lots of student studying here you can see it as total strength of admission in computer science on any college is max to max 500 but here alone in computer science there are 2-3 k students

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is very flexible VIT follows ffcs system fully flexy credit system in which you can decide the subjects you want to study the teacher under whom you want to take the subject there are three exams held in a semester cat 1 , cat 2 and fat

Placement Experience

It is a very good college in terms of placement lots of companies including Microsoft , amazon , de shaw paypal etc come during recruitments and for internship also companies come during 3rd year and pay a very good stipend

College Events

There are two major events celebrated in our college namely gravitas which is the technical fest and Riviera which is the cultral festival which is one of the biggest Festival in india both of the festivals are a 4 day event there are lots of extra curricular activities performed by tge chapters and clubs in the college

Fee Structure And Facilities

The tution fees is around 2 lakh for Category 1 there are 5 categories in admission based on tge ranks you got in VITEEE exam with each category the tution fees increases taking fees for Category 5 around 4 lakhs and hostel and mess is around 1 lakh

Fees and Financial Aid

vit offers scholarship for students who have rank under 1000 in VITEEE exam scholarship ranges according to rank. Education loans can be availed by any bank vit has tie up with indian bank so your education loans are processed a bit faster and easier

Campus Life

Sports facilities are below par as there are lots and lots of students around 25000 and the facilities are not according to the batch strength There is outdoor stadium where you can play football , cricket etc but the equipments provided are very very less in number. Swimming pool , lawn tennis , gym are available but you have to pay for that

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities in terms of infrastructure is good but there are lot of restrictions like in time for hostel in 9:30 pm for seniors there are badminton court in some of the hostels but that also closes after 9:30 pm

Alumni/Alumna

It is very good to have seniors as your friend as they can help in lots of day to day life activities in vit but the alumni network is not well maintained or not maintained at all The college is strictly ragging free so thats a good thing

Admission

Every year entrance exam is held for admission in vit. There are 4 branches of vit vellore , bhopal , amravati and chennai. Name of exam is VITEEE and you cab select your branch and college according to your rank in the exam it is held during april

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

An average of more than 90% of rhe students were placed during my term. Companies like amazon, juspay, adobe, hcl, cts, tcs, adp etc came and there are 500 companies that visisted our campus during my batch

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

Likes

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

Dislikes

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

Placement Experience:

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester

Placement is very excellent in this college. Nearly all eligibility students get placed every year. Many recruiters are recruiting their employees through this college. The minimum package is 3 lakh per annum.
