Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum in VIT is good they have designed the curriculum with accordance to government laws that each and every institution students of CSE should have to complete 162 credits. and the syllabus is designed with the help of top company offcials
Internships Opportunities
Several Companies visit our college for Internships for example like Microsoft , Google, DE Shaw, and etc. which offers 100000 stipend per month for 2 months approximately 6- 8 months after third year so the process starts in 3 year 1st semester itself
Placement Experience
Placements are good at our college with a 75 - 80 % of placements every year. Students can sit in placements if they complete 135 credits by the 6th semester and in placements most of the companies offer a 6 months Internships and then full time offer so it is better to complete all credits in 7th semester.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure depends on VITEEE test it's like a admission test based on the scores we have to opt for counciling and here there are total of 5 categories 1st category with 190000 and 2nd category with 290000 and goes on increasing 1 lakh.
Campus Life
Campus life at Vellore Institute Of Technology is good. We have here good facilities like we have shops cantenes, hotels and pharmacy. they maintain hostels also as good as possible. Mess area is excellent and menus are good
Hostel Facilities
Facilities in the hostels are good we have different categories here 1 bed, 2 bed, 3bed, 4bed and 6 bed and with AC's. As I mentioned Earlier Mess here is very good they maintain mess area very hygineicly.
Admission
First i got a good rank of 5000 in the written test in 2022 at that it was some what good rank although I got CSE in 2nd Category also I got 97.2 percentile In JEE Mains but I haven't opted for Counciling because I need only CSE
Faculty
Facultie here are good but there will be some faculties who don't know about subject definitey we will have like these faculties in every institution and VIT had given a good feature like selecting our own faculty for the course or subject allocated by the management
Night Life
For Hangout we have foodies where it is a foamous spot in VIT where all friends meet sit there and enjoy for a while each and every day there will be any event going on there coming physical activities we have outdoor stadium can play football or cricket in there and also we have seperate basket ball and volley ball courts in there.
