Course Curriculum Overview

4

My course curriculum includes all the knowledge that a engineering student should learn. All the courses are practical based , this is not like that we only have theory sessions , Some improvement can be done like in some semester we have extreme load and in some semester we are totally free so equal weightage can be done and divided to each semester We have too much exams 2 minor exam 1 mid exam And end semester exam And each exam carries 1marks for 1 percentage so we have to study a lot

Internships Opportunities

5

Sprinkler , phonepay , oracle, google , microsoft, zomato, uber are the top companies who offer internship with a stipend around 1.8 lakh Maximum companies elect students on the basis of their cgpa and ranking in coding platforms The most important thing is you should have done DSA Without dsa they will not elect the students

Placement Experience

5

From 5th semester the students are getting ppo , it's obvious because of nirf of nitw and top placements are here only. Around 80 percent of students are placed if we skip the biotech branch because they all go for higher studies Highest package was 88lpa last year and the minimum package is 6 lpa and average is about 13lpa I want to go for tech placements and want a package of 30 lpa that's enough for me

Fees and Financial Aid

12000 mess fee per sem 15000 hostel fees per sem 62500 academic fees for even sem 75000 for odd sem For st sc they don't have to pay 62500 every sem For student having family income lower than 1 lakh have the same benifit For students having family income lower than 5 lakhs and more than 1 lakhs have one third scholarship on 62500

Campus Life

2

Spring spree and technozian are the two main events here but last year both of them are worst, I didn't even think that a good college like nitw will have such a worse event, it is becouse of the dean now he is changed so this year it may be good The classrooms are like normal school classrooms with only a green board (100 years old ) and a broken projector If we want to take parts in sports it's compulsory to have a good cgpa otherwise we are not allowed to play this thing is very bad They always judge students based on their cgpa and also telugu students get privilege

Hostel Facilities

3

Some hostels are good, we are not allowed to use any electrical appliance in the room not even the iron , also the weather is too hot and we are not allowed to bring table fan in the hostel The meal we are getting are like of a cow or dog I will not prefer to take room or pg in warangal because in warangal all the shops are closed by 10 pm

Admission

I choose this college over other college because of the placements and I heard from someone that we will get too much opportunities from here and we are getting it One of the reason is I wanted to go away from home . The alumni connection of the nitw is the strongest one. I have to clear jee mains exams and the cutoff for my branch is 25k for general male But for dasa people the cutoff is very less this thing cause too much pressure on them because they haven't read that much in their life

Faculty

3

There are enough faculties but still some courses are taken by non professionals who don't even know about the subject and they didn't have interest in that subject. Some faculty are good but some of them are like eclipse to our future they will give you r grade if he has some personal issues with you

Night Life

1

Not even a single night canteen is there , no night life in campus even we are not allowed to gather at a single room at night , the gaurd comes and started to argue and threatenes us But there is no incoming timing as of now For hostel but for first years they have to be in campus before 10 30 pm MME lawn is the best hangout place for couples and Nescafe, Nescafe because it is totally dark there and one bench is behind the tree so couple can makeout there I saw one dasa student doing fingering there this was so disgusting to see.

Placement Experience:

the placements in the college starts from the 4th year and the students who are having backlogs and have cgpa less than 6.5 are not at all allowed for attenting placements so i recommend student clear there backlogs before going in to the 4th year and if the student having grip over all thesubjects thought by the faculty than he/she can easily get the placement in the early stage only.until now the highest package is 6 lpa and in an average 20 out of 70 in a class have got jobs in reputed companies like cognizant, accenture, delloite, zero code etc and many more companies. i plan to get a job in this year and continue my learning

Actually in our college we don't have much placements. Frequently placements take place in our college. At the time of admissions they will tell us that their college will get placements . But at the last we don't get any placements at all. No companies visits our college for placements. We are eagerly waiting for the sake of placements to show our interest and all the skills. We have a wish to get placed in our college placements.

This is helpful for both the core side and the software side. Having good bonding will give a lot of guidance. My faculty help me during the semester exams. They teach us a lot of lessons about the future after graduation. The qualification of faculty is B. Ed, M. Tech. They are good at teaching and explaining the droughts. We have to follow the classes and should maintain the notes, and mainly we have to understand the concept.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING course because I am interested in learning chip design and electronics systems. We have 15-20 faculty who are very good at their subject knowledge and too friendly with students. In our class, we are 60members, as our college is affiliated with JNTUH we have a tricky exam pattern with difficult questions. But learning every topic with proper knowledge then we definitely pass in the exam and score good marks.
