Likes

coding culture of the college is pretty decent
seniors are very much helpful and will talk to u in a good way
academics is good and some faculties are also good

Dislikes

fees is on the higher side thats why roi is not that much good
campus is very small u will not enjoy much
college has a dress code which is compulsory to maintain

Course Curriculum Overview

course and curriculum here is the copy of the other big institute like iit and nit college is pretty strict in terms of academics i think college should give more time for practical things difficulty of exam here are easy to moderate

Internships Opportunities

internship is depend upon your skills and mostly after the 4th semester students got internship who are eligible(skilled ones) last year i have listened from one of the senior that companies are coming in good numbers in the college 8 student of jiit got intern in the google last year

Placement Experience

placements of the college is the another reason why i choose this college placements are decent here depending upon the market outside ,its all depend upon your skill from whichever semester u can apply average package of last year was 12lpa and median of cse was 8lpa

Fees and Financial Aid

our college has a tution fees of aproxx 15 lakh excluding hostel and mess and yes it kept increasing year by year by 5-10%, there are some scolarship as well which college provide us like for girl student there and scolarship for the particular state student like for up domicile there is ups gov scolarship

Campus Life

campus here is not too big as u always dreamt of the big and green campus u will not get here , fest here are conducted once in a year they give priority to academics in place of fest sport acitivites are conducted here but sport facilities is bad

Admission

main reason of choosing this college was it was decent college and many youtubers suggested it and i do not wanted to drop and do the jee prep so on the basis of by 12th percentage i got it here and i am happy with it

Faculty

some faculty members are good ,qualified from the top insitutions and some has done the phds and some of are very rude and very arrogant like sudeep sir , per semster 3 exams are there t1 t2 t3 t1 and t2 of 20 marks and end term (t3) is of 35

Night Life

i am a day scholar i am not in hostel but i know the hostel life is good in the sec 62 campus there is no hostel in the sec 128 sec 62 is the prime location so there are many hangout places there bars,cafe and many more

The placements in our college is so much nice. Most of the students got placed in their second or third year. The companies visited in our college like Wipro, Tcs, Zomato, Capgemini, Salesforce etc. The percentage of getting selected of students around 50-60.

Placement Experience:

The final years students are eligible to sit in placenent process. This year many companies are visited in college like Xiaomi, Oyo, Tata 1mg, etc and many local companies for those want job in local. The highest package of this year is 150000 and average package is 700000. My plan after getting degree is to get a better job and after 5-10 years of job i want to start my own company.

My overall college experience challenges and highlights

I choose Jaypee Institute of information and technology, Noida sector 60 2EC offered a good balance of academic discipline, decent placement and approximately to my hometown Aligarh. I had also applied to colleges like UPS Dehradun and I also gave JEE exam which I fairly passed and got few colleges, but it was very far from my hometown, so I chose to live close to my hometown and also Jaypee was providing me well academics Animation and JIIT had strong reputation and more structured environment. I couldn't make it to government top colleges like IITs due to high cut-off and lack of Delhi domicile, the admission process at JIIT was entirely online and based on JEE Main score without any separate entrance exam . I feel like JIIT was the most practical choice. Close to home. Academically focused in with our lab placement record, especially for the students willing to shift towards teck roles....Read More
