Remarks

The only negative thing about this college is that we get only vegetarian food in the mess since this is a hindu college. The positive thing is that the management is very cooperative with the needs of the students.

The hostel is far better compared to many other government college hostels. We have 2 people in one room with attached bathroom facility. There is a separate girls hostel. There are separate hostel for juniors and seniors to prevent ragging.

Alumni/Alumna

Our seniors are very helpful in case of academics. They never indulge in activities like ragging. In fact,I passed first year by their help by referring previous year question papers provided by them.Their graduation ceremony is done ever year very well. They also provide transportation for juniors.

Course Curriculum Overview:

curriculum is designed to be highly relevant and comprehensive for modern medical practice.Early Clinical Exposure is One of the strongest aspects of the curriculum is introducing students to patients in their very second year. The final year of the curriculum—the Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) is effective it prepares students for the high-pressure environment of Indian healthcare, making them very capable of handling emergencies and outpatient departments (OPD ). Students feel that lectures are still too focused on passive PowerPoint presentations.Rigorous schedule, integrating "Life Skills" or "Stress Management" modules more formally into the foundation course would be helpful. The university exams (RGUHS) are generally fair but require a very high level of descriptive writing and practical precision.
