Course Curriculum Overview

4

The exam level and the curriculum really depends on your courses . I have a social science major so according to me if you study well and listen to the classes you will get a good gpa. The professor's really try to be moderate before marking you.

Fees and Financial Aid

For M.A 1st year you have to pay 10000+ admission fee(7000) For 2nd year it will just be 10000. (For unpaid seat) For paid seat it is 20000+ admission fee(7000) for 1st year and 2nd year it will be just 20000. Financial aid is provided for the reservation students.

Campus Life

BHU more or less organise something or the other everyday if you are academically more active you can have varieties of opportunities. If you are a sports person then there are so many playgrounds that are open to all. You can also go to open gym. If you are a culturally active person you do have many dedicated clubs to join.

Admission

The admission process is based on your cuet marks and trust me the 10th/12th or equivalent degree doesn't really matters. The minimum criteria is obviously more than 50% but the whole focus is on cuet marks. The cut offs are different for different courses it might go high like(270-180/300)as in my course or might get too low because of the difficulty level obviously (200-150/300) or maybe based on the seats left . But if you crack it you will obviously get a chance to be in the most reputed college.

Faculty

5

The faculties really depends on your course. But they are very approachable abnd you can really get meaningful insights from them. For master's tge exams are 1internal+1 external for each semester. Most of the students do have a good record of getting a good gpa because if you write well in your exam you will obviously get good marks.

Night Life

4

I do not really stay in hostel because it is again based on marks, reservation and location of your stay. So people getting higher cutoffs or belong to sc/st/obc tend to have higher chances of getting a hostel. But you do have many hostels outside the campus. But the hostel foods are really good for both boys and girls. The girls have more stricter rules but for boys even outsiders can pay 50-80 rupees to have their dinner or lunch.
