Remarks

Our college students do have unity and guts to keep there point. Also there are same 5-6 people volunteering everytime and organizing everytime also taking part and talking to director and other heads for any purpose.

Course Curriculum Overview

We have maximum 7 subjects in semester where 1-2 are lab reports and project files. And other are normal subjects. We have our internals in a week every 2-3 month of semester. And every year we have our externals in May and December.

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities are not that good provided by college and as fpr internships from college I had given interviews and those companies weren't good enough and some were too far from home. Now I am doing an internship by myself.

College Events

My college is affiliated to IP university and we have this big fest Anugoonj for which there are semi finals every year in January and in February we have this main fest. Other than this in college we have Diwali fest, lohri celebrations, gurupurab

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is also the factor which was considered by my parents to get admission in college and in this college fees is feasible according to my parents in this college. Since my one of my siblings also studied there.

Fees and Financial Aid

Our college provides merit based scholarship to students who have enrolled under minority basis in college. Loan facility is available from a particular bank mentioned On our college website. And students who have scored highest are rewarded.

Campus Life

Sports we are allowed to play after lunch hours . We can use that Sports material from a teacher and play in our ground in parking lot. Also we we have lectures of lab mostly in every semester where we were taught accordingly.

Hostel Facilities

My college is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Inderprastha University and does not have any hostel facility. But in surroundings around college paying guest facility is easily available. My most of friends live in PGs

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

We we were in first year our seniors were the first batch of this course in college. They were emmensly helpful in every aspect relating to talking to teachers or organising something or taking part in events and all.

Admission

I gave an entrance exam and according to my marks and on minority basis I was given a list of colleges and I selected this college and got admission in this college after the counselling process. That's how I got admission

Every teacher is different in there own way. As per teaching they are good overall. And as for supporting students many as compared to others don't stand with us for anything relating to bringing change in college

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say that SEC and VAC, were added by the university to enhance students mind, but these subjects feel more like burden to the students. And also the theoretical and numerics being taught, are not relevant to todays world, as curiculum in the books is not upto date, The assignments pressure.. and sometimes the fear of getting low marks.

MLNCE - Average but Enjoyable

Placement Experience:

The placement in Motilal Nehru College (Evening) is decent and is led mainly by the Placement Cell. Though inactive earlier, the placement cell has become significantly more active recently, bringing in more internship and job opportunities. Students become eligible for placements during 3rd year. In a good placement season, companies like Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, EY come for Audit, Taxation, Risk Advisory, HR jobs. Other companies like DE Shaw & Co, Accenture, Capital IQ also come during job fairs. Earlier, Wipro, TCS, Amazon, Flipkart have also recruited from the college mainly for Sales, Business Development, Operations jobs. Highest on-campus package is ?18.7 LPA and rhe average package is ?3.6-4.5 LPA. Approximately 40% to 50% of students who participate in the process secure placements. My plan is to get into freelancing after college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In regard to the relevancy of the course Im quite fond of the subjects such as BL CA AND HRM they give us the better insights for both practical and theoritical knowledge making us ready for the "real" world . As For the improvement i feel like there should be some flexibility in GE so that students can choose a sub as per their choice as Hindi is fixed for me which isnt quite suitable for my course and it just drags my CGP down. The frequency if the exam is okay but the timing I feel like its way too fast just after first sem exam we had classes and all test and felt like it went on a spur

An Unfiltered View of SRCC

Placement Experience:

Placement in SRCC is very amazing, and way beyond the placements of DU colleges. A lot of big big names in Finance, and consulting domain, recruit from campus including McKinsey & Co., Bain & Company, Kearney, Big 4s and all. Highest package is 35+ LPA and Average Package is 10 LPA. I HAVE PLANNED TO complete my ACCA along with a little work experience.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

I applied for MAH CET to enroll in colleges in pune but choose to stick with Delhi as my family lives here. There were different colleges affiliated with IPU to pursue MCA and this college was not on my 1st preference. I even got good ranking in IPU CET, 91.
